She is currently enjoying an exciting phase of her life, both personally and professionally. After tying the knot on April 14, 2022, in a hush-hush wedding ceremony with Ranbir Kapoor, the lovebirds surprised their fans by announcing their pregnancy within two months of marriage on June 27, 2022. The actress shares a warm bond with the Kapoor family, especially with her nanad, Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Even before entering showbiz, Alia Bhatt has looked up to Bebo as her icon. Earlier, in many interviews, she mentioned that Kareena is her ‘style icon’. On October 20, 2017, Alia had taken to her IG handle and dropped a stunning selfie with Kareena, clad in their respective traditional outfits. Alongside it, she had penned:

In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, the mommy-of-two, Kareena Kapoor was asked to give a piece of advice to her brother, Ranbir Kapoor and her bhabi, Alia Bhatt as they are soon going to enter the parenthood league. Answering this, Bebo said that mothers know best what would be suitable for their child. Hence, Kareena quipped that Alia Bhatt should experience the feeling of motherhood on her own, without anyone’s prior advice. Moreover, Kareena mentioned how Ranbir gives advice to others and does not take any. In her words:
“I follow what I think is right and I think mothers know best eventually. So she is also going to have this journey and she should experience this on her own. Ranbir is probably…he will give everyone advice, what advice would he need from anyone? Ranbir is just the best and he knows that ‘I am just the best’, he has that attitude and we both are quite similar like that.”
Earlier, in an interview with the Mid-Day, Kareena Kapoor Khan had reacted to trolls targeting Alia for her early pregnancy. Heaping praises on Alia for her ‘coolest’ decision, Kareena had said:
“She is promoting her film, looking ravishing as ever. There is no bigger star than her today, and I am not being biased because she is a part of my family. I am saying this because she is a spectacular actor.”

Further, in the same interview, Kareena had lauded Alia for standing up to the most beautiful emotion of having a child even at the peak of her career. Bebo also added how Alia Bhatt’s daring attitude had impressed her the most. In her words:
“She has stood up for the most beautiful [feeling], which is, I want to have a child with the man I love. She wants to experience the most beautiful thing in life, and I love her more for that. I am her fan."
