The news broke all the headlines, and the couple had received tons of congratulatory messages from the entire nation. However, the happiness was short-lived after people had started trolling the second-time newbie parents for naming their second son 'Jehangir Ali Khan'.
The trolling and hate speech has now reached a nasty level in recent days, as people have started abusing and cursing the family on social media. Now, finally, Kareena Kapoor Khan has reacted to the trolls and gave a befitting reply to the hate she and her family are receiving on the internet.

In an interview with India Today, when Kareena Kapoor Khan was asked about her views and reaction to the online trolling and backlash directed towards her and Saif Ali Khan for naming their second son 'Jehangir'. Addressing the ongoing debate going on social media over her son's name, Kareena Kapoor Khan stated that she is an extremely positive person, which is why she doesn't get affected by these things. She said, "I am a positive person and I want to spread happiness and positivity. There is no place for negativity in our lives."
Going further in her interview, Kareena Kapoor added that people should try to come together in these testing times instead of doing the opposite of it amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The actress also revealed her way of dealing with the trolls. She said, "Look at what Covid-19 pandemic has done. It has brought the world closer. That's what all of us should think about. I have to start meditating now that I am pushed against the wall. We are talking about two innocent children here."

For the unversed, Jehangir was the fourth Mughal Emperor who had executed Sikh Guru Arjan Dev, which is the reason why netizens are trolling Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan mercilessly for naming their son after him. However, if we go by history, then Jehangir is a Persian word that means 'one who conquers the world'. Amidst the chaos, Saif Ali Khan's sister, Saba Ali Khan, had also shared some positive and lovely replies she had received after the revelation that her brother, Saif's second child's name, is Jehangir.
