Kareena Kapoor's book, 'Kareena Kapoor's Pregnancy Bible' unfolds an important chapter of her life, where she talked about Sharmila Tagore's advice to get back to work after Taimur and Jeh's birth.
A girl is considered to be very lucky if she gets in-laws, who support her in doing well in her career. And if she gets a mother-in-law, who encourages her to get back to work after her pregnancy, then there is nothing like that. Though a lot of moms-in-law do not always show their love towards their bahu, they also understand that is important for their daughter-in-law to establish her career and do well even after getting married and having a child.
Actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan is one such bahu of B-town, who had got constant support and encouragement from her saasu maa, Sharmila Tagore to resume work after her sons, Taimur and Jeh's birth. Though her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore is not much vocal about praising her daughter-in-law in the open forum, she has made sure that her bahu rani never feels away from home.

In her book, Kareena Kapoor's Pregnancy Bible, actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan credits her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore, husband, Saif Ali Khan and mother, Babita for encouraging her to work during her pregnancy. An excerpt from the book can be read as "My mother-in-law was also among the first to tell me that I had to keep working. Her advice was to do whatever I wanted but with confidence."
Further, stating how Sharmila Tagore and Babita played an important role in encouraging her to work after pregnancy, Kareena wrote, "She did some great work in the movies after her marriage and kids and was a real inspiration. My mother is also a strong role model for me, and she and my father both told me I must keep at it."

Kareena Kapoor Khan's book also bears testimonies of her gratitude towards her husband, Saif Ali Khan. In the book, Kareena talked about the strong foundation of their relationship for which they have worked a lot. She wrote, "Saif told me I could do it all. he and I have worked hard to build a strong foundation for our relationship, and I truly believe my kids will always have that stand on."
It was on June 9, 2021, when Kareena Kapoor had posted a suspicious post on her IG handle. As people thought that she was soon going to embrace motherhood for the third time, it was actually to announce the publication of her book. Sharing a picture holding her sonography report, Kareena had written "Been working on something exciting... but it's not what you're thinking Watch this space for more. #COMINGSOON."
