With the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown, Kareena has been treating her fans with some throwback pictures for us to swoon over and glimpses of how the quarantine looks like at her household.
A while back, Kareena Kapoor Khan posted her ‘fall in love’ version with husband, Saif Ali Khan from one of their vacations. Sharing two pictures, wherein in the first, she can be seen talking to Saif as they both lied down on the grass. And in the other one, she gets up only to realise that all the time that she was talking, her husband was asleep. Kareena captioned her post as “Fall asleep... #Mess.”
On April 9, 2020, Kareena Kapoor Khan had treated her fans with a throwback picture of her hubby, Saif Ali Khan and their three-year-old son, Taimur Ali Khan. In the throwback picture from their Maldives vacations in 2018, Bebo can be seen flaunting a red bikini, Saif had donned brown shorts and baby Tim had taken our hearts away in his blue shorts drinking the coconut water. Kareena had captioned her post as “I am not dreaming of beaches... You are! #TakeMeBack” followed by a heart emoji. Before the lockdown was imposed in India and citizens had self-quarantined themselves at home, Kareena Kapoor Khan had given a glimpse of how her husband, Saif Ali Khan was ‘booked’ for the week. Sharing a picture of Saif as he was engrossed reading his book and the other picture had Kareena scrolling through Instagram on her phone, Bebo had captioned the pictures as “Looks like he is 'booked' for the week... While I Instagram.”
In a throwback interview with Conde Nast Traveller, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan had revealed their favourite holiday destination. Saif had said, “Gstaad in winter, for both of us. It’s like a fairy-tale village— the whole village is done up like one big Christmas tree. I don’t ski much, though I took lessons earlier, but my older son Ibrahim does. But there’s so much more to Gstaad, actually. The food is the best in the world and the atmosphere is so unique.” Sharing what’s on their bucket list, Saif had continued, “South America”, to which, Kareena had added, “The French Riviera”.
“Closer home, what’s your favourite date-night spot in Mumbai?”, Saif Ali Khan had retorted to this question, “The poolside at The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Colaba. And our balcony at home.” Revealing their travel style, Saif had remarked, “I like my comfort, but it is nice to look smart. So loose trousers, maybe pyjamas, a tracksuit, corduroys.
