Now, mommy Kareena who is busy promoting her upcoming film, Veere Di Wedding, did an interview with Filmfare and talked about getting on the film sets after Taimur was born. She said, “Getting ready for the camera is something I don’t need to do. I was ready the minute I was born. We women somehow know how to multitask. I’m enjoying every minute of it. I’m balancing it well. My time with my child is my time. I don’t need to flaunt it on Instagram. I don’t need to flaunt it in front of the media”.

Kareena also said that she doesn’t need to carry Taimur in her arms all the time to prove that she is a hands-on mother. She was quoted as saying, “I don’t need to carry my child at the airport to prove how much I love my child. My husband too believes it’s not needed. By carrying the child in my arms I don’t need to prove that I’m a hands-on mother. Even if I have two hours with Saif, Taimur and myself in the bedroom, it’s the quality of time and wanting to be together that matters rather than the quantity of time we spend. I come from that school of parenting”. (You May Like: Mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan Tries Hard But Taimur Ali Khan Refuses To Enter School [Video Inside])

She revealed the joys of motherhood like staying up late in the night with Taimur, “Of course! These things come as a part and parcel of motherhood. It’s also a bit of a downer. But that’s the joy of being a mother. The late nights, being there for your child, I don’t view these as pain. I was mentally ready for it. I look at the joy that motherhood brings. That’s the best feeling”.

Earlier, talking about Taimur and the humongous media attention that he readily attracts, Kareena said, “We just want him to lead as normal a life as possible. That's the most important thing for him. I'd like the paparazzi to not shoot pictures of him every moment. I don't want his life to be documented. He is only 17 months old, once or twice is enough, but not the constant badgering”. (Suggested Read: Newbie Bride Neha Dhupia's Hubby Angad Bedi Reacts To Her Pregnancy Rumours)

Saif, in an interview, quipped about Taimur’s mannerisms and his nickname, “You have to sit him down, the minute he can understand it. And it'll start with calling the people at home and not yelling. It'll be manners, it'll be Please, Thank You, Aadaab. It'll be discipline from young age. At least we know these things. These Bombay kids are out of control. He'll be very well behaved. And honestly if he does his namaste right, he'll score points. Have you seen Sara's aadaab when she was younger? This is it. This is what we need, a nice aadaab from Tim. TIM by the way”.
