The mommy-to-be is making sure to keep herself and her unborn baby healthy by taking proper diet, exercise and everything that's needed to be done. As per the reports, Kareena Kapoor Khan is expecting her baby in the months of February although the date is not confirmed yet. Kareena is actively doing exercises and Yoga to keep herself fit in these crucial days, a glimpse of which we had seen some days back on her IG handle. She had posted pictures and videos of herself doing some simple Yoga steps.
Kareena's loved ones are taking extra care to pamper the expecting mommy, a proof of which we saw recently. Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her IG handle and gave a glimpse of the delicious meal she enjoyed yesterday, i.e., on February 2, 2021. The mouth-watering dish was fish curry prepared specially by Kareena's BFF, Malaika Arora's mother, Joyce Arora. Posting a picture of her delicious meal on her IG stories, Kareena wrote, "Thankyou @joycearora for feeding me the best meal ever."
Kareena Kapoor Khan shares a great bond with Malaika Arora and family and it's been more than a decade since they have been the best of friends. On Malaika Arora's 47th birthday on October 23, 2020, Kareena Kapoor Khan had posted a stunning picture with the birthday girl and had wished her ‘lots of gluten-free bread, a tiny drop of gin, and lots of yoga asanas’. Kareena had captioned the post as "Happy birthday, darling Malla... May we keep enjoying our meals and our girlie nights together while twinning in our t-shirts forever. I wish you lots of gluten-free bread, a tiny drop of gin, and of course... lots of yoga asanas for the diva herself. Love you tons." Malaika had commented on the post, “Love u loads my beautiful bebo”. On behalf of her husband, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena had posted a picture of him with Malaika on her IG stories and had written, “Happy birthday BFF” atop it. Earlier, in an interview with The Quint, Kareena Kapoor Khan had stated that she can't sit at home and her family used to joke about this habit saying 'she has ants in her pants.' Kareena was quoted as saying, "I think I take on whatever I can take on. Like I shot Laal Singh Chaddha, but nobody expected a pandemic to take place. It just so happened that we happened to be in this situation otherwise the film was getting over in April and I hadn't signed on anything else after that. The fact that I got pregnant, I fulfilled my commitment and that was I think a brave move because that's what I had to do."
Kareena had further talked about how it is perfectly fine to work with all the safety measures keeping the need of the hour in mind. She had said, "There's nothing wrong with taking all the safety measures and trying to work. Pregnancy is not an illness and I definitely agree that we are in difficult times but you must protect yourself. I can't just take things for granted saying that I can't work because this is the situation. I am not that kind of person. I am also a little gutsier. Of course, my parents and all always say that I can't sit at home. I've ants in my pants. But I just enjoy working."
