According to the latest reports, Bollywood actor, Kartik Aaryan recently brought a luxury apartment in Juhu at a whopping price of Rs. 17.5 crores.
Kartik Aaryan is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. He never leaves a chance to stun his fans with his amazing acting skills. The actor has worked in some blockbuster films like Satyaprem Ki Katha, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Freddy, Luka Chuppi, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Pati Patni Aur Woh and many more. Well, without any doubt, Kartik has been soaring high on his professional front. And now, the handsome hunk has added one more star to his list of achievements, as he reportedly brought a lavish apartment in Juhu.
According to a lastest report in the Free Press Journal, it is reported that Bollywood's handsome hunk, Kartik Aaryan recently purchased a luxurious apartment in the posh locality of Juhu. As per the report, the actors' lavish property is located in the Siddhi Vinayak Building at N S Road. Kartik's newly-bough apartment is situated on the second floor and it has 1,593.61 square feet of carpet area.

Kartik Aaryan shelled an amount of Rs. 17.50 crore to get his hands on this luxurious property. However, the report claimed that the market value of the property is Rs. 7.49 crore. Moreover, the report also stated that it is one of the costliest deals in the locality, as Kartik paid a whopping sum of Rs. 1,09,814 per square foot. The Luka Chuppi actor paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.05 crore to acquire this property from Jayesh Doshi. Kartik's property comes with two parking slots and the registration documents were handed over to him on June 30, 2023. For the unversed, Kartik's family already owns an apartment in the same building.
Earlier, a report in the Hindustan Times had suggested that Kartik had rented Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's sea-facing home in the Juhu area of Mumbai. Moreover, the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor had rented the apartment from the couple by paying an amount of Rs. 7.5 lakh per month as a rent. The property comes with a lavish carpet space of about 3,681 square feet, two parking spaces and a cosy sitting area in the roof-cum-balcony. As per the reports, Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Rajput, had undertaken all the paperwork for the rent agreement with Kartik Aaryan’s mother, Mala Tiwari.

In 2021, Kartik had bought a swanky four-wheeled beast, Lamborghini. The actor had paid an extra half crore to get it delivered to him in India from Italy by airlift. As per multiple reports, the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety fame actor was too eager to drive the car and did not want to wait for an extended period to possess his dream car.
