And on December 9, 2021, at 8:37 in the night, the couple had shared the first glimpses from their grand ceremony. Katrina had looked gorgeous in a red Sabyasachi Mukherjee designer lehenga and jewellery. On the other hand, her groom, Vicky was looking dapper in a cream-coloured sherwani with a matching turban and doshala.

She had revealed that the bride, Katrina had only spoken in Punjabi with Vicky all throughout their wedding festivities. In a video that has been trending on the internet, Upasana had answered social media users questions. When a user had asked her whether Katrina spoke in Punjabi, Upasana had replied:
"Yes. Throughout the wedding, she is only speaking in Punjabi."
On December 12, 2021, Katrina had shared happy pictures from her magical mehendi night. For the ceremony, Katrina had donned a mehendi-green Sabyasachi Mukherjee lehenga and was looking super gorgeous. She had channelised her Punjabi bride side with a maang teeka, a matching neckpiece and a pair of jhumkis. On the other hand, Vicky had looked dapper in a green pathani suit. Sharing the pictures, the couple had written:
