Katrina Kaif was left shocked after seeing her 'devar', Sunny Kaushal's performance in his recently released film. She penned a cutesy note for him.
Bollywood actress, Katrina Kaif has changed ever since she got married into a Punjabi family. The actress, who would keep her personal life away from media, often takes to her social media handle to shower love and praise on her husband, Vicky Kaushal, and his family. Recently, Katrina Kaif was not able to attend her devar, Sunny Kaushal's film, Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba. However, she made sure to see the film with her husband, Vicky Kaushal.
On August 11, 2024, Katrina took to her Instagram handle and posted a glimpse of her brother-in-law, Sunny Kaushal's film, Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba. Along with it, she showered her with loads of love. Katrina stated that she kept pausing the film to tell her husband, Vicky Kaushal about her theories about the plot. The Tiger 3 actress also congratulated Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Jimmy Shergil for their work in the film.

Further in the note, Katrina heaped praises on her devar, Sunny Kaushal and revealed how he had surprised her with his performance. She added that after seeing this side of him, anything he would say would be right. She called him the best devar, and promised never to bother him with her teasings. She wrote:
"Loved….too much fun…Had to keep pausing it to tell my husband my theories about the plot… congratulations.. @taapseepannu too good. @jimmyshergill killed! @vikrantmassey brilliant as always @sunsunnykhez ahh you took me by surprise and after seeing this side of you anything you say is right, you are always right and the best devar one can never imagine…promise never to bother you…"
The Kaushal family believes in sticking to their roots, and the recent entrance of Katrina Kaif in the family, has made their bond more strong. Earlier, in an interview with Zoom, Sunny Kaushal shared details about his relationship with Vicky and Katrina. He called his bhabhi Katrina and his bhai, Vicky, his best friends. He also revealed that he loves spending time with them. Sunny also shared that Katrina always gives him the right feedback. He was quoted as saying:
"I am very happy for Vicky and Katrina, and they are too cute. It's great to have two best friends like Vicky and Katrina in the house. They are my support system, and they give me honest feedback."
Further in the same interview, Sunny Kaushal revealed that when he is with his bhabhi, Katrina Kaif at home, everything seems fun. He revealed that the family often meets with Katrina's sister, Isabelle and her mother. And they share a great relationship together.
For those who don't know, it was in December 2021, when Katrina became a Kaushal bahu after marrying Vicky Kaushal. She shares a wonderful relationship with her in-laws. In fact, her mother-in-law loves cooking paranthas and dal-roti for her. On the other hand, Katrina also have beautifully gelled up with her in-laws.
