You will be surprised to know that Katrina's skincare routine is absolutely simple - just go natural! According to her, the easiest way to get a flawless, glowing skin is by keeping it hydrated i.e having 4 to 5 glasses of water early in the morning to boosts skin cells. Not only does it help in detoxifying the body, but aides in healthy blood circulation as well.

Once in a while, she indulges in pampering her body with facials and massages. It increases the blood circulation, in turn, making her skin glow from the inside. Her life-saving make-up essentials that she always carries with her are a lip balm and a moisturising sunblock. For someone who travels a lot, she truly knows the importance of applying sunscreen. In an interview with a leading media portal, Katrina’s fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala talked about Katrina’s fitness regimes.

About her body type and what kind of workout suits her, Yasmin said:

"Working on her legs is what Katrina's favourite is. We train differently for the various looks each role demands. The curtsy lunge is her favourite exercise. Her routine includes a lot of functional training combined with Pilates and an hour of cardio every day."

Which is Katrina’s strongest part of the body?

"Katrina is a strong girl and loves challenges. She makes me work out with her as she likes to ensure that she trains as hard as me. Her strongest asset is her mind; if/when she sets her mind to do something, she definitely achieves it. She never shies away from something because she thinks she might not be able to do it."

#5. Her diet

For Katrina, the real beauty lies within one's self. If you feel good from inside, you will look good as well. So, the stunning diva pays a lot of attention to the food she eats. She follows a macrobiotic diet, which means that she eats fresh fruits and boiled vegetables after every two hours.

She avoids carbohydrates and empty calories and eats food rich in iron, vitamins and proteins. Fruits are a top priority in her diet chart, especially acai berry. This keeps her body healthy and the skin smiling all the times.

Yasmin shared about the food items Katrina abstains from:

"Sugar, wheat, milk, fried food and alcohol are avoided in her food plan. She eats whole foods that are nutritious; they keep her lean and her skin glowing! Preserved packaged food is also something that she keeps away from. She eats smart and listens to her body and needs—she avoids gluten, dairy and sugar, and tries to include protein, fibre and good fats in all her meals"
