Kishwer Merchantt and Suyyash Rai have been married for 4 years now and the couple is expecting their first child together. Kishwer is 40 years old and her pregnancy has come as a sweet surprise for the couple, who are expecting their first baby in the month of August 2021. Well, parenthood is not new for Kishwer and Suyyash as they are pet parents to two fur babies, Batuk and Pablo. And if you are a pet parent, you would know that parenting a pet is almost like nurturing a baby. Kishwer is now making her pets feel familiar with the idea of having a sibling and shared a beautiful picture.

It was on March 2, 2021, when Kishwer and Suyyash had taken to their respective IG handles to finally share the biggest 'good news’ of their lives. To announce that they’re expecting their first child, Kishwer and Suyyash had posted a romantic picture from the beach, in which he could be seen sitting on his one knee, holding his wife's hand as she had cradled her baby bump. With 'August 2021' engraved on the sand and a pair of baby shoes placed near it, they had made a cute pregnancy announcement. While Kishwer had captioned her post as "You can now stop asking, 'When are you guys gonna have a baby?' Coming soon ... #august2021 #sukishkababy", Suyyash had written, "Mai tere bacche ka baap banne wala hun, Kishwer! Coming this August."
Kishwer has been actively sharing her pregnancy diaries on her IG handle and now, she has shared a picture with her son, Pablo and it is a beautiful shot. In the picture, we can see Kishwer sitting on a chair with a book in one hand and her other hand on her baby bump as she looked at her son, Pablo with love and laughter, while her son looked somewhere else. Kishwer can be seen wearing a white shirt, knotted at the waist with a black and white striped bodycon skirt. Sharing the picture, Kishwer wrote, “Like mother like son, @pablosexxobarr loves to pose for the camera.”
A day after announcing her pregnancy, Kishwer Merchantt had taken to her IG handle and had shared a throwback video of the time when she had gotten to know about her pregnancy. In the video, which was taken in the Maldives in January 2021, Kishwer was seen caressing her baby bump and the happiness on her face was unmissable. Along with the video, Kishwer had written, “Kahan hai tu, Mere pethu mien hai na #sukishkababy @suyyashrai. Throwback to Maldives in January 2021.”

Suyyash and Kishwer have been documenting their pregnancy on their YouTube channel, referring it to as ‘We are Pregnant’. Suyyash had once recorded his pregnant wife’s mood swings and had added the same to their YT series. On March 9, 2021, Suyyash had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared the same hilarious video of his pregnant wifey, Kishwer and her mood swings. The super cute video had started with mommy-to-be, Kishwer crying in her bed and trying to hide her face from the camera. We could hear Suyyash laughing in the background. Few seconds into the video, Kishwer had started laughing. And when Suyyash had asked her why she was crying, the actress had replied, "Darr lag raha hai mujhe." The video had ended with their furbaby, Batuk's cute expression. Suyyash had captioned the video as "Her mood swings. I love u so much."
In an interview with the Pinkvilla, Suyyash and Kishwer had revealed that the pregnancy had come as a shocker to them. The mommy-to-be had said, "It's amazing, I just can't describe it in words. I mean, after all, it's my first baby! I am super nervous too as it's my first time and I don't really know what to do. But thankfully we have our family, friends who have kids to guide us better. So I am sure it will be sorted." The daddy-to-be had chipped in, "It's a beautiful feeling, I can't express in words. I mean I am super nervous and tensed too but moreover, it's a fabulous feeling."
