Recently, the actor-comedian, Krushna Abhishek opened up about getting respect for being the nephew of superstar Govinda.
The actor-comedian, Krushna Abhishek has been in the spotlight for his brilliant performances and his relationship with his maternal uncle, Govinda. Recently, Krushna Abhishek made an appearance in Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast. In the podcast, he recalled his past days on the show, Comedy Circus, where he used to get respect for being the nephew of the Bollywood superstar, Govinda.
Talking about the same, he said that despite being talented and deserving, he got the extra respect as he was the nephew of the superstar Govinda. Krushna noted in the podcast:
“I signed Comedy Circus only for money. I was very happy with it. They were giving me 1.5 lakh per episode. They gave me a lot of respect because I was Govinda’s nephew. I was so in awe of the fact that I would be making 3 lakh per day.”

In the same interview, Krushna Abhishek added that he was in awe of making a large amount of money per day. He was happy and content with the fact that he was able to make money with his talent. But the fact that he was getting extra respect for being the superstar Govinda’s nephew made him a bit anxious.

The actor-comedian has not been on talking terms with his mama, Govinda for almost eight years now. There has been a rift between the two for years. Now, Krushna will take a step to end his fight with the Bollywood superstar, Govinda. Krushna also confirmed his sister, Arti Singh’s wedding and revealed that the first invitation card of the wedding will be sent to Govinda.
Earlier in an interview with DNA India, Krushna stated that he undoubtedly wants his mama to attend the wedding of his sister, Arti Singh. The comedian was quoted as saying:
“Arre sabse pehla invite unko he jaayega kya baat kar rahe ho… he’s my mama, we have had a few disagreements that are a separate issue but the first wedding card will go to him and he will definitely attend the wedding.”
In several talk shows and interviews, Krushna Abhishek expressed his desire to reunite with his mama, Govinda. He cherished the memory of the days when he visited the movie sets with Govinda. Krushna felt very happy seeing Govinda dance. He used to get inspired by his moves. In a social media post, he tagged his mama Govinda and wrote:
"Dancing has always been my passion since my childhood when use to travel with my mama @govinda_herono1 on sets n see him dancing and acting I use to love that n today on sets doing the same thing am loving it.”
