Krushna Abhishek recently opened up about his 'mami' Sunita Ahuja, saying 'jamta nahi hai' about her relation with him and his wife, Kashmera Shah.
Family feuds aren't uncommon in Bollywood. Several filmy families often had conflicts that made headlines. One such famous conflict has been between actor, Govinda and his nephew and comedian, Krushna Abhishek. In several interviews, Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja, have often expressed their disappointment with Krushna and Kashmera. It all started with a comment by Krushna in one of his comedy acts where he mentioned, 'Maine Govinda ko mama rakha hai,' which went on. In a new interview, Krushna Abhishek reacted to his mami, Sunita Ahuja's recent statement about not being on good terms with him and his wife.
A few days ago, Sunita Ahuja mentioned her sour relations with Krushna Abhishek and his wife, Kashmera, on a podcast show. Recently, Krushna Abhishek reacted in a brief interview with HT City. He mentioned that his aunt, Sunita Ahuja, has always loved him and his sisters like their own kids. As a result, she has a right to be angry with them.
Actor-comedian, Krushna Abhishek said that her mami is making all such comments in her anger. He added that she has nothing more against them. So, he will soon reconcile with her because they are family. In his words:
"I love her a lot. Mami has always loved me like her kid and has also done a lot for me. She has all the right to be angry with me. I know she says everything in anger, but it is nothing else. Main unka mana lunga, she is my mami.”
Govinda's Wife, Sunita Ahuja, appeared on the podcast show, Timeout with Ankit. During the conversation, host, Ankit asked Sunita whether she would be interested in taking up the role of Archana Puran Singh on the show, as Kapil Sharma once mentioned himself. In her reply, Sunita clarified that she would only agree when Krushna wasn't a part of the show because she wasn't on good terms with him and his wife, Kashmera, due to family issues. She was quoted as saying:
“See, I will tell you one thing, main jhooth nahi bolungi, Krushna-Kashmera se mera nahi jamta hai… toh show karti main, agar woh log nahi hote. Mere life ka principle hai ki main agar ek baar kisi ko chhod doon na, phir agar bhagwan bhi mere paas aayega toh main uss insaan ko maaf nahi kar sakti. If it is not my fault and people misbehave, phir main uski shakal bhi nahi dekhti."
The feud between Krushna Abhishek and Govinda began when a few of his jokes, which included Govinda and offended the latter. Later, Krushna's wife, Kashmera Shah, made a tweet about 'people who dance for money,' which many thought was targeted towards Govinda and made Sunita Ahuja upset. Over the years, several statements have been made by both sides in the media, which made headlines, and despite a few meet-and-greets in public, their family rift still exists.
