The wedding season in India is far from over as famous poet and former politician, Kumar Vishvas's elder daughter, Agrata Sharmma, recently married business man, Pavitra Khandelwal. The elated father left no stone unturned in ensuring his daughter had a dreamy wedding ceremony on March 2, 2025. After the couple tied the knot, Kumar Vishvas held a grand wedding reception for the newlyweds. Recently, a new video from the star-studded event went viral, and we spotted the popular personalities like PM Narendra Modi, Chirag Paswan, B Praak and more.
In a viral video from Agarta's wedding reception, we saw the newlywed bride dressed in a traditional royal-blue embroidered saree with shades of gold. She kept her hair tied in a bun, makeup sophisticated with kohl-rimmed eyes and added gold jewellery with a statement necklace to complete her look. On the other hand, the groom, Pavitra Khandelwal looked handsome in a black bandhgala. The couple warmly greeted every guest who arrived to extend their good wishes.
Among the star-studded guest list, the limelight was stolen by the presence of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, who was escorted by Kumar Vishvas into the venue. PM was dressed in his statement white kurta-pyjama and light blue Nehru jacket. Apart from him, many politicians, film stars and renowned icons marked their presence, including B Prak, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame, Shailesh Lodha, Chirag Paswan, Bageshwar Baba Dhirendra Shastri and more.

Kumar Vishvas has always expressed his admiration for his daughters. He organised a grand destination wedding for his elder daughter, Agrata Sharmma, in Udaipur's popular Leela Palace overlooking the Pichola lake. It was a three-day intimate wedding with nearly 200 guests, but the extravagance stunned everyone. The couple exchanged vows on March 2, 2025. Moreover, popular singers like Sagar Bhatia, Sonu Nigam and Kailash Kher performed during the celebrations.
Kumar Vishvas is a well-known poet, storyteller, lecturer and former Politician. He was earlier a founding member of the Aam Aadami Party, but later left, after a tiff with Arvind Kejriwal. He holds a PhD in Hindi literature and has hosted his comedy and talk shows in the past.
Kumar Vishvas tied the knot with Manju Sharma, and the couple has two daughters, Agrata and Kuhu Vishwas. Agrata studied at DPS, Ghaziabad, and later pursued a BSc in Business Management at the University of Warwick in the UK. She has a Master's degree in Fashion Marketing from Nottingham Trent University and opened her own company, Digital Khiladi.
