It was on July 14, 2022, when the former IPL chairman, Lalit Modi had taken to his Instagram handle and posted a series of pictures with his ladylove, Sushmita Sen to announce their relationship. In the pictures, we could spot the duo lost in each other's embrace and having a beautiful time together while being clicked. One of the pictures was also a throwback from Lalit and Sushmita's younger days. Not only this, Lalit Modi had also changed his Instagram account's bio and his display picture, which showed his 'love' for her. Alongside the pictures, Lalit had penned:

However, currently, Lalit Modi's Instagram account's bio and display picture have nothing related to the Bollywood actress, Sushmita Sen. Lalit changed his display picture and also removed the line which he had earlier written, "Finally starting a new life with my partner in crime. My love @sushmitasen47" along with some heart-eyed emojis. Lalit's action left their millions of fans to doubt that the IPL's founder is getting bothered with his ladylove, Sushmita's growing closeness with her ex-boyfriend, Rohman Shawl. For the unversed, prior to being in a relationship with Lalit Modi, Sushmita Sen was with a Noida-based model, Rohman Shawl, who was 15 years younger than her. The two were in a steady relationship for three years until they decided to part ways in December 2021. However, Rohman is an integral part of Sushmita's family, and he shares a beautiful relationship with her daughters, Renee and Alisah. For instance, on August 28, 2022, Sushmita was spotted along with her daughter, Renee and Rohman Shawl, outside a restaurant in Santa Cruz, Mumbai.
