Lock Upp: Poonam Pandey Reveals Her Parents Were Kicked Out Of A Society Because Of Her Image

Now, in the latest episode of the controversial reality show, Poonam Pandey dropped some heartbreaking anecdotes from her past that is about her parents and are leading all the headlines, as it's quite emotional.

In the latest episode of the controversial reality show, Lock Upp, the audience witnessed one of the strongest contestants in the show, Poonam Pandey breaking down in tears as she recalled the time when her entire family was forced to leave their society because of her. Recalling the heartbreaking incident during her conversation with co-contestant, Karanvir Bohra, the model and actress also shared that her parents didn't tell her a single word as she was the sole earner in their family that time. Remembering the ghosts of the past, Poonam stated that she never intervenes in somebody else's life or influences them to make a certain decision. She said:

"I am talking about just 3-4 years ago. I was with my family - my mom, dad sister. ..we were all living together. We were kicked out of society because it was my family. Mom and dad did not say anything because I was the only person earning in the family. Have I ever said bad things about anyone? Try finding one such article. All I do is stay in my corner and do my work."

Going further in the episode, Poonam Pandey also shared that once after getting out of a hospital, she had gone to her home, but she was denied entry by her own family members. Recalling the heartbreaking incident, Poonam shared that her own family had told her that she was bad and wrong. The incident had broken her completely, and further in her confession, Poonam requested people not to judge her without knowing her in person. She explained:

"I stepped out of the hospital and was denied entry in my house. Everyone says I am wrong and bad. People do not try to understand me, but they judge me. At least meet me and try to understand me before you judge me."

In another episode of the show, Lock Upp, popular television actress, Ankita Lokhande had graced the show as a special guest and had shared her thoughts about pure love. Ankita had also shown the brewing chemistry between Anjali Arora and Munawar Faruqui through a special video. After Ankita had gone from the show, Poonam Pandey had got extremely emotional and started crying. When Anjali had asked Poonam to reveal the reason behind her emotional breakdown, she had shared that Ankita's words had reminded her of her relationship with her estranged husband, Sam Bombay. Poonam had shared:

"Maine bahut try kiya yaar chaar saal but nahi sambhalna yaar bahut try kiya maine. Meri bhi shaadi tikk gayi hoti yaar. I don't think I will ever get anything in life. Akeli Marungi Main."

On the professional front, Poonam Pandey had made her debut in the Hindi film industry with the film, Nasha.
