Tanishaa Mukherji, daughter of veteran actress, Tanuja and younger sister of Kajol, had also followed her family's footsteps and had made her mark in Bollywood. She had made her debut in Bollywood with the film, Sssshhh... in 2003. Later, she had also worked in a few prominent films like Neal 'n' Nikki, Sarkar and Sarkar Raj. Apart from being an actress, she has also participated in reality TV shows like Bigg Boss 7 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 7.
Tanishaa is a social media butterfly. Every now and then, she shares pictures and videos to keep her fans entertained with her content. She loves her mother, Tanuja and sister, Kajol and her family. Thus, quite often, she shares photos with them.

On March 27, 2022, Tanishaa Mukherji took to her Instagram stories and reshared a post shared by Manish Malhotra on his Instagram, introducing Nysa Devgn as one of the party forces of his collection 'Diffuse'. Sharing the picture, maasi, Tanishaa wrote a note atop it. She called her a stunner. She penned:
"My Stunner" (with a heart-eyed emoji).
Manish Malhotra launched his new collection at the Lakme Fashion Week, 2022. He played with solid colours and sequins to bring out a modern vibe. His showstoppers, Shanaya Kapoor and Siddhant Chaturvedi looked absolutely stunning. Along with them, Janhvi Kapoor, Nysa Devgn and others had also joined his forces. Nysa looked gorgeous in a black, pink and red coloured 3-D sequinned crop top, paired with an uber-cool, trendy multi-coloured jacket, and a thigh-slit black skirt. She kept her hair pin-straight and completed her look with broad-winged liner, defined brows and nude lipstick.

Tanishaa Mukherji is enjoying her singlehood journey and often talks about how happy she is to be single. In an old interview with ETimes TV, she had talked about freezing her eggs when she was 39. She had said:
"I wanted to freeze my eggs at the age of 33! At that time, when I went to my doctor (who finally froze my eggs now), it is funny but she stopped me from doing so at that time. While she told me it takes a toll on your body, she advised I should do it when I have no hope of conceiving a baby. It’s a personal choice. And today, it is perfectly ok to not have children. Adopt, there’s enough in this world."
