The two had supported each other and are still playing crucial roles in each other’s lives. Recently, in an interview, Kunal Kemmu has revealed the best thing about being his wife, Soha Ali Khan’s husband.
Kunal Kemmu is currently enjoying the success of his recently released film, Malang and in a conversation with the Deccan Herald. He revealed the best thing about being able to spend his whole life with Soha goes to the freedom and influence that she brings in his life. Kunal said, “Soha has been an influential part of my life for the longest time. She and I have had a very different upbringing but we indulged each other in a lot of debates and discussion about marriage.” The actor also added that the freedom of being yourself and doing justice to your profession is what he has in this beautiful relationship with Soha. Well, no wonder having a partner like Kunal is also a blessing, a partner, who values your efforts and commitments. For the uninitiated, Kunal and Soha were living-in together for many years until Kunal had proposed his muse in a way that every girl dreams of being asked the question that will change her life forever. An all-ecstatic Soha had taken to Twitter back in 2014 and had shared the news with her followers of Kunal popping the ‘big question’ to her and that she had said a ‘yes’! The actress had written everything in her tweet that could be read as “It gives me great happiness to share with you all that Kunal proposed to me in Paris with the most perfect ring in the world and I said yes.” Take a look.
In one of their rare-joint interview with the Hindustan Times, Kunal and Soha had revealed their respective first impressions of each other. Soha is the one, who had revealed that the first time she saw Kunal on the sets of their film, Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge, she simply had gotten drawn towards him. She had stated, “When we did our first film, Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge, we didn’t speak much at all. I thought we would never be friends, forget being in a relationship. Then we did 99 and we got closer. I was immediately attracted to him. I thought he was a very attractive man. I noticed his eyes and his smile. He was quiet, silent and mysterious in many ways. He kind of drew me in.”
Replying to the same question, Kunal had revealed the beautiful contrast that he felt between them when he saw Soha for the first time. He had revealed, “My first impression was that here is this Oxford graduate and I don’t know why she is acting in films. When I met her on the sets, she was writing an article on her laptop to send to Oxford University for their magazine. So, I thought this is serious stuff, I should think before I start a conversation with her. It was only towards the end of Dhoondte... that we happened to spend some time on the sets. It was very interesting because she’s had an upbringing completely different from mine, so the stories of her life were very different. Her's were about Oxford and mine were about local trains. But even then, we used to have a lot of healthy debates and that’s how we got talking. Gradually it developed into a relationship.” (Also Read: Shamita Shetty Shares Her Excitement On Becoming 'Maasi' For Second Time With The Arrival Of Samisha)
