Throwback to the time when actress, Manisha Koirala screamed at actress, Ayesha Jhulka after she caught her red-handed with Nana Patekar.
Heartbreaks, extra-marital affairs, and breakups are part of the glamour world, and many B-town celebs have been involved in the same. And one of the most scintillating affairs of the 90s was between Manisha Koirala and Nana Patekar. One of the most versatile actors, Nana Patekar is known for his power-packed performances. However, his affair with the gorgeous actress, Manisha Koirala was the talk of the town back then.
It was on the sets of the film, Agni Sakshi in 1996, when Nana and Manisha met for the first time. Manisha was just out of a relationship with actor, Vivek Mushran and during the film, she couldn’t stop herself from falling in love with Nana’s personality. The duo soon fell in love and started dating secretly.

Nana was already married at that time but was living separately from his wife, Neelakanti. After Agni Sakshi, Nana and Manisha again teamed up for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film, Khamoshi. By this time, Nana and Manisha’s affair was not a secret anymore, and everyone in the industry was aware of the same. They ultimately admitted their love for each other and were often spotted in public. Even Manisha’s neighbours revealed having spotted Nana leaving the actress’s place many times.
Manisha and Nana were known for their temper, but despite it, the two were very possessive about each other. They were madly in love, but even after staying away from his wife, Neelakanti, Nana was not ready to divorce her and marry Manisha. Their relationship went kaput when Manisha caught Nana red-handed with actress, Ayesha Jhulka in a closed room. As per a report in MensXP, seeing Nana with Ayesha, Manisha lost her cool. Screaming at Ayesha, Manisha shouted:
“Get off my man, you bi**h.”

This was the final nail in Manisha and Nana’s relationship, and she broke up with Nana. After the breakup, Nana refrained from commenting on the episode, but later, the actor, in a conversation with Filmfare, spoke about his feelings for Manisha and said:
“She is the most sensitive actress around. She is like a kasturi hiran, she still needs to realise that she doesn't need to keep pace with anyone. She has it all and that's more than enough. I can barely hold back the tears when I see what she's doing to herself. Maybe I don't have anything to say about her today! A break-up is a very difficult phase. You have to experience it to know the pain. I can't describe the pain I went through. Please, let's not talk about this. I miss Manisha!"
In 2010, Manisha married a Nepali businessman, Samrat Dahal. Unfortunately, the couple got divorced after two years. Nana, on the other hand, went back to his wife.
