Manu Bhaker is leading all the headlines at the Paris 2024 Olympics after becoming the first Indian to win two medals in a single edition of the Olympic Games. The 22-year-old shooter won her first medal, a bronze medal, at the Paris 2024 Olympics in the Women's individual 10m air pistol event. Manu won her second medal, a bronze medal, at the 10m air pistol mixed team event with Sarabjot Singh.
The young Indian shooter has joined the elite Indian Olympians, PV Sindhu and Sushil Kumar, who have won two Olympic medals but in different Olympic games. For the uninitiated, Manu Bhaker will compete in the 25m Pistol Women's event, whose qualification round will take place on August 2, 2024.

The star of the Paris 2024 Olympics so far, Manu Bhaker was born on February 18, 2002, in Goria village, which is located in Haryana's Jhajjar district. Talking about her family background, while Manu's father, Ram Kishan Bhaker works as a Chief Engineer in the Merchant Navy, not much is known about her mother.
Moving forward towards Manu Bhaker's educational qualifications, she completed her schooling at the Universal Public Secondary School. For graduation, she took admission to Delhi University's Lady Shri Ram College, where Manu pursued an Honours degree in Political Science. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Public Administration at Punjab University.
