We have many celebs from our Indian film and television fraternities, who time and again speak about their point of view. While there are others who choose to keep mum on any social issue.

One of our favourite celebs who falls under the former category is an ace designer and legendary actress Neena Gupta’s daughter, Masaba Gupta.

Masaba has always spoken about the topical issues, and she did it yet again when Supreme Court banned crackers through a tweet. Soon after her tweet, people started trolling her, not for the related issue, but the entire scenario took a toll on her personal life.

Before we move on with this story, let us tell all the ones who don’t know. Masaba is the daughter of a renowned actress, Neena Gupta and famous cricketer, Vivian Richards. The two of them had an affair long back in the 1980s, and it was the talk of the town. Neena and Vivian never tied the knot, but she took a brave decision to give birth to her baby. All in all, Masaba is their ‘love child’ or what we say, child out of wedlock. And now, the super-strong actress is married to Vivek Mehra, a chartered accountant by profession.

Coming to the bashes and the epic reply, after she supported the firecracker ban, people started calling her names like ‘bastard child’, ‘illegitimate West Indian,’ and what not. But Masaba being a super-powerful and brave lady gave the epic reply to all the haters.
