Mehreen Pirazada called off her engagement with the politician, Bhavya Bishnoi after 4 months of it. The actress issued a statement. Details inside!
Telugu actress, Mehreen Pirazada is known for many films like F2: Fun and Frustration, Pattas and Raja The Great. On the other hand, Bhavya Bhisnoi is the grandson of the former Chief Minister of Haryana, Bhajan Lal. Bhavya and Mehreen were introduced to each other for an arranged marriage setup and the two had hit it off immediately.
Mehreen Pirazada and Bhavya Bishnoi had exchanged the rings at Jaipur’s Alila Fort on March 12, 2021, in an intimate ceremony. Bhavya had proposed to Mehreen at the Maldives when the two were scuba diving. The couple’s engagement pictures had gone viral over the internet and their fans were waiting for them to tie the knot. However, things went haywire for them as the actress called off their engagement and deleted all their pictures from her IG handle.

Taking to her IG handle, Mehreen shared a statement on her stories, mentioning that her engagement with Bhavya has been called off. Her statement reads “Bhavya Bishnoi and I have decided to break off our engagement and not go ahead with the wedding. It’s a decision that has been taken amicably and in the best interest.”
Mehreen further mentioned that from now on she has no association with Bhavya and his family. The statement further read “With respect in my heart, I would like to say that from now on I have no further association with Bhavya Bishnoi, any of his family members or friends. This is the only statement I will be making regarding this, and I hope that everyone respects my privacy as this is a very private matter. Meanwhile, I will continue to work and am looking forward to giving my best in my future projects and performances.”
Earlier in a conversation with Hyderabad Times, Mehreen Pirazada had expressed her excitement to start a new chapter of her life with Bhavya Bishnoi. She had said, “Yes, I’m getting engaged next month. I’m in a very happy space right now. It’s going to be a private ceremony and I’m excited about it.”

Mehreen’s mother, Pammi had talked about her daughter's alliance with Bhavya and had said, “The alliance for Mehreen and Bhavya came to us last year during the lockdown. Since they couldn’t meet, Mehreen and Bhavya stayed constantly in touch on the phone. After three months of texting, it was clear that they liked each other. After the lockdown, both families met and we proceeded with the alliance.”

Mehreen Pirazada had made her Bollywood debut with the film, Phillauri, co-starring Anushka Sharma, and Diljit Dosanjh in 2017.
