On July 7, 2015, Minissha Lamba had tied the knot with Pooja Bedi's cousin, Ryan Tham in an intimate wedding, which was kept under the wraps from media. However, a few years into marital bliss, Minissha and Ryan parted ways amicably and in August 2020, the actress had confirmed their legal separation.
In an interview with The Times Of India, Minissha Lamba spoke about her divorce from Ryan Tham and finding love again. Minissha said that often some people are better off not living together and no one in that circumstance is to be blamed or is wrong. She said that some things are too private to talk about as it would be disrespectful to the other individual. Minissha then emphasised that end of a marriage or a relationship is not the end of life.
When asked if she is open to the idea of finding love again, Minissha Lamba retorted, "Yes. Currently, I'm in a happy relationship with a lovely person." Minissha also expressed gratitude for having a robust support system, who stood by her in the difficult situation and said, "I had a very robust support system in my close friends and family and I feel blessed about that."

In a throwback interview with The Indian Express, Minissha Lamba had revealed that she met Ryan Tham at his nightclub and he ignored her a couple of times. It was a few weeks later that Minissha and Ryan talked at their friend's place. While Minissha was unsure if it was love at first sight but for her, it was 'definitely liking at first sight'. Minissha and Ryan dated for a few months and she knew, he was the one for her and there were no two ways about it!
Reports were rife in 2018 that Minissha Lamba and Ryan Tham were facing trouble in their marriage. After maintaining silence for 2 years, Minissha finally confirmed her separation with Ryan to ETimes and said, "Ryan and I have parted ways amicably. The legal separation has been done."
Later, in an interview with Navbharat Times, Minissha Lamba had spoken about toxic relationships and was quoted as saying, "In the West, the concept of self-love is very strong. Self-love does not mean being selfish. Divorce is not easy but when the relationship becomes toxic then it is okay to leave. I would also like to say that your marriage or relationship can be an important part of your life but it cannot be your whole life. Unfortunately, women are identified by their relationship and marital status but now the times are changing."

On the work front, Minissha Lamba is working on an OTT project and was last seen in the 2017 film, Bhoomi.
