Mira Rajput Kapoor gave a glimpse of the Christmas gift her kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor received from their 'dadi', Neliima Azeem and why it never reached them.
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had welcomed their firstborn, Misha Kapoor on August 26, 2016. Their little ‘sunshine’ had become a ‘big sister’ on September 05, 2018, when a stork had visited the family of three and had blessed them with a baby boy, whom they have named Zain Kapoor. Not just Shahid and Mira, Misha and Zain’s 63-year-old dadi, Neliima Azeem also love to pamper her grandkids. Christmas 2021 was just another reason for her to shower her little ones with gifts and love.
A few days before Christmas 2021, Mira Rajput Kapoor had hosted a pre-Christmas party for her kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Taking to her IG handle, she had shared a video, which had given a close glimpse of decorated Christmas cakes and cookies. In her caption, she had revealed that she had enjoyed a pre-Christmas movie night with her kids. Her caption could be read as:
"Now the jingle hop has begun. #TisTheSeason. Christmas cookie decoration, painting diyas (because I had a stash leftover), hot chocolate, and a Christmas movie with pizza night! #amithebestmomorwhat."

A while back, taking to her IG stories, Mira Kapoor gave a glimpse of the Christmas gift Misha and Zain’s dadi, Neliima Azeem sent for them. Sharing a picture of a toy, Mira mentioned how she completed the game and thus, the gift never reached Misha and Zain. Atop the picture, Mira wrote:
“This my friends is how it’s done. 7 Mins. @Neliimaazeem Christmas gifts for the kids clearly didn’t reach them.”
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had spent their lockdown 2021 with their kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor at their farmhouse. The little one, Misha had missed her dadi, Neliima Azeem and with her customised letter writing set, she had penned a note for her grandmother. On April 28, 2021, Mira had posted a picture of Misha's letter for her dadi, which could be read as "Dear Dadi. Missing You. Call When You Are Free. Love Misha." The little munchkin also drew a heart on her letter. Mira had captioned it as "Love letters".

Neliima Azeem, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, had spoken highly of her relationship with her sons, Shahid Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter, daughter-in-law, Mira Rajput Kapoor and grandkids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Throwing some light on her one-to-one equation with everyone, Neliima had said:
"Sometimes the kids sit together and they say, 'Ooh she loves Misha and Sasha (Shahid’s nickname) the most'. And I am just looking at them and I am thinking, 'God I love Ishaan and Mira so much. What are they saying? And I love Zizi (Zain) and I adore him. Toh what are they saying? I mean it's impossible for a mother or a grandmother to be able to say who she loves the most. Because I have my one to one relationship with all of them."
