Famous television actor, Mohammed Nazim opened up about the reason for his fight with Devoleena Bhattacharjee and how they had not talked for 6-7 months.
Television actor, Mohammed Nazim rose to fame with his role as 'Ahem' in the superhit show, Saath Nibhana Saathiya. His chemistry with his co-actors, Giaa Manek and then Devoleena Bhattacharjee on the show was loved by many. However, not many know that after Devoleena replaced Gia, the show's protagonist, Mohammed didn't talk with her for 7-8 months. In fact, they had an ugly fight on the sets of the show.
Recently, in a conversation with Telly Masala, Mohammed Nazim revealed why he did not get along well with co-star, Devoleena Bhattacharjee. He stated that they didn't talk for a long time after she replaced Giaa Manek. He recalled they were doing rehearsal when something happened, and in anger, he even abused her. The actor was quoted as saying:
"Rehersal karte karte kuch baat ho gayi, aise hi suna diya, gaali-wali dedi. Fir humne baat nai ki 7-8 mahine, but aap baat nai kar rahe par scene aisa kr rahe hai ki mai acha kar raha hoon, mai acha karungi toh. Dikhane Dikhane ke chakkar mein vo scene or acha ho jata tha."

Mohammed Nazim further added that when they were not talking, it worked in their favour as they were doing their best during the scene. He shared that it wasn't a fight; it was their ego, and while doing a scene, they started laughing. After which, they forgot the reason why they were fighting.
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Rupal Patel, who played the role Gopi bahu's mother-in-law, 'Kokila Modi' was left heartbroken when she learned that Giaa wasn't part of the show. Later, when she asked the makers about the replacement, they revealed Devoleena would join the cast. She added that she was crying her heart out and couldn't even talk to the press. She was quoted as saying:
"Kalaakar badal jaate hai, par kirdaar wahi rehte hai. I was crying and Star Plus se bhi kuch log aye thhe press conference ke liye, I could not speak to the press.”
Not only this, in the same interview, Rupal revealed her thoughts on Giaa's leaving the show for a dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She stated that Giaa made a wrong move as she was eliminated from the reality show early on.
