Parents-to-be, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are taking their relationship goals to a notch higher, and the same happened when the mom-to-be gave a cute shoutout to her husband.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the 'It' couples in Bollywood. The much-in-love couple got married in 2018, and they are now all set to welcome their little munchkin into their world. It was in February 2024, when Deepika and Ranveer announced the 'good news' to their fans, thereby revealing the actress' due date, which is in September 2024. Ranveer is a doting husband to Deepika, and he often proves this. And recently the mom-to-be couldn't but gushing over her husband. She recently took to her IG handle and hyped the actor, which is all things love.
Taking to her IG stories a while ago, Deepika Padukone re-shared an adorable reel, wherein a furry pet can be seen peeping on the screen from different angles. Atop it, a caption was written which stated, 'Me looking at my man every 5 seconds because he's the cutest most handsomest man I've ever seen.' Resharing the post, Deepika tagged Ranveer along with some heart emojis, and oh boy, how cute this gesture was!

Deepika Padukone, in the initial phase of her pregnancy, kept away from the media limelight. Later, she was seen flaunting her baby bump while being papped in the city with her hubby, Ranveer as they cast their votes. Soon after Deepika made her appearance, people were swooned over her baby bump and pregnancy glow. But there had been a certain section of netizens, who meaninglessly trolled the actress and tagged her baby bump as 'fake'.
While Deepika kept silent on the same, Ranveer posted a couple of photos of the actress from an event. In the photo, the mom-to-be dazzled in a yellow-hued flowy dress. Sharing the photos, Ranveer heaped praise on his wife and called her 'sunshine'. On the other hand, he also took an indirect hit at the trollers and wrote:
"Buri nazar wale tera moonh kala."
There were several occasions when dad-to-be, Ranveer Singh talked about his wish to have a child. During the trailer launch event of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, the actor was asked about his preference for the gender of his to-be-born baby. To this, the actor added that it's the God's will.

Earlier, in an interview on the show, The Big Picture, Ranveer shared that he would want to have a baby girl like his wife, Deepika. He said that he used to watch Deepika's childhood photos every day and wanted to have a daughter. In an older interview with Bollywood Bubble, Ranveer stated that he thinks that a girl child is better than a baby boy, as the former are nicer, kinder, more intelligent, and more involved, while adding that he prefers feminine energy in his life.
