Pakistani actress, Zara Noor Abbas slammed a recent report for making false claims on her behalf. She shared her two cents on the matter on her IG account.
Zara Noor Abbas has made a name for herself in the Pakistani entertainment industry despite belonging to a family of renowned actresses. She rose to popularity with her role in the 2017 drama, Khamoshi. Later, she starred in several other dramas, such as Deewar-e-Shab, Ehd-e-Wafa, Badshah Begum, and many more.
Lately, Zara has been taking it slow on her professional front. She is soon going to welcome her first child into the world with her husband, Asad Siddiqui. While the 32-year-old actress has been enjoying her motherhood journey, a Pakistani news portal, Daily National Courier reported that she has temporarily left showbiz for the time being.

On March 11, 2024, Zara shared the same article on her Instagram stories and slammed the news media for making such claims. She mentioned that being away from the screen for some time and leaving work are completely different notions. The actress also stated that she should be the one to inform the public about such important decisions in her life, and refuted all the claims. She wrote:
“Why don’t I make this statement myself? Being temporarily away from the screen and leaving work are two different things. Also, in clear words, no one is leaving anything.”
Moreover, Zara also slammed the journalist, who wrote the article and asked him to stop making comments that state that pregnant women cannot manage their work and family at the same time. The actress further took a dig at the journalist and said it was not her fault if he had a separate example in his surroundings. She said:
“Stop making pregnant women seem like they can’t manage family and work, Farhan Hashim Kotwal, until you have a separate example in your surroundings- that’s not my fault.”

Zara Noor Abbas and her husband, Asad Siddiqui will soon welcome their little one into the world. On November 30, 2023, the Pakistani actress took to her Instagram account to share this happy news with the world. Zara uploaded a picture of herself wearing an all-white ensemble paired with a classy sunglass and a sling bag, and was in a rather jolly mood. Meanwhile, the daddy-to-be, Asad, was seen watering plants in the background. She captioned her post as:
“Round 2 - InshaAllah.”
For those who don’t know, Zara and Asad miscarried their first child back in 2021. As per reports, the actress was six months into her pregnancy, when she miscarried her baby boy. After this unfortunate incident, the actress spoke about it and revealed that the couple underwent the worst situation, and thought it was God’s will. Talking about the pain she went through, Zara said:
"When you have a child together, it makes your bond extremely beautiful but when you lose a child together, it makes your bond extremely beautiful also. I think me and Asad have seen the worst now, we ask, ‘What else will we see? Okay, it’s God’s will.’ Everything for me and Asad ends at whatever God wills because whatever is His will is His will. Yes, there’s an extreme sense of loss, and I think I’m still grieving."
