Television actress, Mona Singh penned a heartfelt goodbye note for veteran actress, Uttara Baokar, with whom she had worked in her debut show, Jassie Jaisi Koi Nahi. Uttara Baokar passed away at 79 in Pune, after suffering from a prolonged illness. According to reports, Uttara was not keeping well for the last year, and she took her last break on April 13, 2023.
On April 13, 2023, Mona took to her Instagram handle and posted a throwback picture with Uttara and her co-star, Apurva Agnihotri. In the photo, the trio were seen posing for the camera. Alongside it, Mona penned a note remembering Uttara, who played the role of her bebe in the show. Her note can be read as:
"Meri pyari Bebe Rest in peace."

For those who don't know, Uttara won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for Mrinal Sen's film, Ek Din Achanak. She is also known for delivering stellar performances in films like Rukmavati Ki Haveli, Sardari Begum, Thakshak, Dor, Aaja Nachle, 8 x 10 Tasveer, Lessons in Forgetting, and Samhita, among many others.
