Breakfast: 1 idli or chapati, with vegetable curry. 1/2 sliced banana, skimmed milk
Lunch: 1 chapati, 1 cup of rice, light yoghurt, fish curry, mustard, cucumber, tomatoes and onion slices
Dinner: Brown rice, steamed spinach and an apple.
