Mouni Roy is finally married after months of wedding speculations. The Naagin of telly world got married to her Dubai-based banker boyfriend, Suraj Nambiar on January 27, 2022, in Goa. Mouni and Suraj had tied the knot in a Malayali and a Bengali wedding, paying tribute to each other’s traditions and customs. The videos and pictures from the same have been going viral over the internet, and now as the new bride is back home, she received a grand welcome.
On January 30, 2022, Mouni Roy was spotted at the airport with her husband, Suraj Nambiar, and the newly-wedded couple had looked perfect together. While on one side, the new bride, Mouni had looked ethereal in her traditional red Banarasi saree, on the other side, Suraj had looked handsome in a white kurta-pyjama. Apart from their respective outfits, Mouni's sindoor and mehendi clad hands had caught everyone's attention, which had added the new bride charm to her look.

The actress was seen happy entering her home with Suraj as their friends cheered for them with a dhol. Mouni also shared a video from her ring finding rasam as she competed with Suraj and won the round. The newly-wedded couple also hosted an after-party for their friends, and Mouni gave modern bride vibes as she changed into a red short dress post the wedding rituals and flaunted her sindoor and shankha pola along with it. From their memorable sindoor moment to a glimpse from the couple's varmala, it was a set of some dream-like pictures from their wedding ceremony. Mouni had captioned her post as:

Later, on the night of January 27, 2022, Mouni and Suraj had again tied the knot as per the Bengali traditions. On January 28, 2022, Mouni had shared the first pictures with her husband, Suraj Nambiar from their Bengali wedding on her IG handle. While one picture had shown the then-bride and groom posing happily with each other, in the other one Suraj could be seen applying sindoor on Mouni's head. However, the picture that had swooned our hearts was the one, in which Suraj could be seen kissing Mouni on her cheeks.
Mouni and Suraj had hosted a grand post-wedding sangeet party on January 28, 2022. For the ceremony, Mouni had donned a beautiful golden lehenga and had kept her makeup subtle with curly open tresses. Mouni’s friend, Arjun Bijlani had shared a video on his IG stories from her sangeet night. In the video, the newlyweds could be seen cutting a 3-tier wedding cake, which had featured red and white roses adorned on the white frosting. However, Mouni and Suraj’s cutesy lip-lock moment before cutting their wedding cake had made us all go aww.
