It is more of an emotion, and I feel I have not really missed a lot of things in life, but after a while when I am outside, after a few days, I actually start missing Ziva. Not to the extent that it starts bothering my cricket and all, but it is the first time ever when I feel, maybe I should Facetime to see what she is really doing.” (Also Read: Disha Vakani Shares An Unseen Picture From Her Wedding, Amidst Reports Of Comeback)

He had further added, “It gives a very good feeling. You know, the first willing hug from my daughter’s side came only in the last 15 days! I’m enjoying that and it’s actually a special moment — now she recognises me, and tries to interact with me. But since she’s spent way more time with her mom, she often calls me ‘mama’ instead of ‘papa’! But I’ve somehow learnt to make my peace with that.”

In another interview, daddy Dhoni had opened up about the media attention his daughter gets, and had stated, “Irrespective Of whether I like it or not, I think she gets a lot of attention and the thing is wherever I go, people actually ask about her. So, I am nowhere in the scene right now. They see me like: 'Where is Ziva, is she around, What is she doing. So, You know, it is good to have somebody like her around, who is the live wire and once she gets up in the morning, she is always on the move.” (You May Also Like: Kangana Ranaut Once Again Takes A Dig At Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor, Calls It 'Absolutely Unfair')

So, it feels good to have somebody around who can ease on the stress you know, by not really pushing us to think anything. So, it is good to have her and it doesn't really matter whether I like or I don't like the attention she is getting because she is hardly three and a half and she already has her own character and she is stalked in a particular way. I think it is good to have a daughter like her.” (Don't Miss: Hema Malini Declares Her And Husband Dharmendra's Assets Worth Rs 225 Crore In A Affidavit [Details])
