Mukesh Ambani Calls Daughter, Isha Ambani As His Boss, Daughter-In-Law Shloka Mehta Attend The Event

Mukesh Ambani who is a proud father called his daughter, Isha Ambani 'boss'. His daughter-in-law, Shloka Mehta was also seen in the event.

Isha Ambani is the daughter of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani. The young business lady has carved her own path with the help of her dad's shadow. Isha is duly credited for Reliance Retail's massive expansion, including its e-commerce business, Ajio and Tira, a beauty platform. Now, Mukesh Ambani was high in praise for his daughter, called his daughter, Isha his 'boss' and shared about how she has helped in the growth of Reliance Industries.

Mukesh Ambani calls Isha Ambahi his boss in front of his elder daughter-in-law, Shloka Mehta

Mukesh, in an interview with Financial Express, shared that his daughter, Isha, has a very kind nature and is the boss of his life. The richest industrialist in India and Asia was talking at the Express Awards for Women Entrepreneurship in Mumbai. The event was attended by his daughter, Isha, and his daughter-in-law, Shloka Mehta, who listened to Mukesh's speech. In his words:

"The day is set on the panel. The world is moving towards a more compassionate, loving and empathy-filled world. Isha always tells me, now it is not survival of the fittest. It is the survival of the kindest. That is the impact she has on me. She grades many things, and now I am giving you all the leads. When we do meetings together I look at her and say that this is the deal. She is perpetually grading me. In a sense, I already have a boss. From all the meetings that we do together."

Mukesh Ambani also shared how his wife, Nita and Isha Ambani opened his mind

Mukesh also credited his wife, Nita, and daughter, Isha, who opened his mind to women's immense impact in business. The chairman of Reliance Industries also shared that he was a 'late bloomer' when it came to understanding and appreciating the role of women in the business zone. However, he credited his wife and daughter for opening his mind in the last decade. Mukesh added:

"From being newsmakers, women will become history makers for their industries, countries and civilisations.”

Mukesh Ambani speaks of women being in front leadership roles

Mukesh Ambani is already proud to have a boss in the office, referring to Isha, who grades her dad's performances. He also had no shame in stating that there have been times when he got a D grade. The proud father and businessman also shared that the role of Reliance Industries has always been pushing women towards leadership-related roles at the forefront. He also shared that his chain of companies, hospitals, Reliance Foundation and the famous Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) have women leaders. He also shared that the head of Reliance Foundation and NMACC is Nita Ambani.

Mukesh Ambani also gave a piece of advice to women business leaders and shared to have a positive mind. He shared that the single most important thing is to win in the mind no matter who you are. You just have to go for it. You will ultimately be there.
