Naga Chaitanya's former wife, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has dropped a new post on Instagram, after the wedding of the actor with Sobhita Dhulipala.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is keeping herself busy with work as her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya got married to Sobhita Dhulipala on December 4, 2024. Now, Samantha a few hours ago took to her Instagram stories to share an appreciation note for her Citadel: Honey Bunny team. Earlier, before this, she had also shared a cryptic note, where she spoke about how one should fight and should not be fragile.
A few hours ago, Samantha posted a behind-the-scenes picture of her Citadel squad and remembered the good times she had working on the sets of the series. She posted a picture that had the Citadel directors, Russo Brothers, celebrating the success of the series. They had shared an Instagram post by directors Raj and DK which Samantha also reposted. Fans noticed that this Instagram story post came right after her ex-husband, Chaitanya married Sobhita. Samantha captioned the post:
"What a journey. Such an honor to work on Citadel: Honey Bunny with the incredible @RajAndDK".
Amid all the talking that has been happening around the wedding of Naga Chaitanya, Samantha chose to focus on her work. Before this, a while back, Samantha had also shared another cryptic post. She posted a story which was first shared by Vila Davis. The clip showed a wrestling match between a girl and a boy. The timing of this post also coincided with Sobhita and Chay's wedding. In the video, the boy was seen entering the wrestling match with a lot of confidence, however the girl defeated him. Samantha reshared the clip along with the caption that read, #FightLikeAGirl." The original caption was, "Not fragile like a flower, fragile like a BOMB #FightLikeAGirl."
There was constant chatter around Naga Chaitanya's wedding. His dad, Nagarjuna Akkineni on the night of December 4, 2024, took to his Nagarjuna was the first person from the Akkineni household to share unseen pictures from Chaitanya's wedding. In his post, he expressed his emotions of joy. His post read:
"Watching Sobhita and Chay begin this beautiful chapter together has been a special and emotional moment for me. Congratulations to my beloved Chay, and welcome to the family dear Sobhita -- you've already brought so much happiness into our lives. This celebration holds even deeper meaning as it unfolds under the blessings of ANR garu's statue, installed to mark his centenary year."
During an interview with BehindWoods TV, Naga Chaitanya revealed that his divorce was not fortunate and that there was nothing to discuss about his ex-wife, Samantha. He said that they had got divorced and the court had given them mutual consent. He did not understand why people were poking that topic again and again. The topic was over and he wished people moved on. He has huge respect and does not have regrets or anything. Chaitanya added:
"I have huge respect for my past, it has taught me so much, and there are no regrets at all. I request that please stop poking the topic and move on."
