Nagarjuna opened up about his son, Naga Chaitanya's separation from Samantha Ruth Prabhu and revealed whether he is bothered about the various rumours about him.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya were one of the most loved celeb couples in the glamour world. However, in a tragic turn of events, the duo announced their separation four days before their fourth wedding anniversary. Referred as the power couple of Tollywood, Samantha and Chaitanya’s separation came as a shock to their huge fanbase.
After the news of their separation, various allegations were put against Samantha and Chaitanya by their respective fans. From Chaitanya being insecure about Samantha’s popularity and stopping her from doing bold scenes to the actress’ unwillingness to start a family, various rumours were churned out. However, the duo has refrained from revealing the reason behind their split.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Naga Chaitanya’s father, superstar, Nagarjuna, who is currently basking in the success of his recently released film, Brahmastra, talked about his son’s separation. Revealing whether he is worried about the rumours about his son, Nagarjuna said:
“He is happy, that's all I see. That's good enough for me. It's an experience that happened to him. Unfortunate. We can't keep moping about it. It's gone. It's out of our lives. So I hope it will be out of everybody's life.”
A few months back, there were rumours about Chaitanya dating actress, Sobhita Dhulipala. As per a source, Chaitanya, who had recently bought a home in Hyderabad, was seen giving a tour of it to Sobhita and the duo had been spending a lot of time together. Talking about the same, the source had said:
“Chay and Sobhita seemed very comfortable in each other’s company as they spent time at the actor’s new house. Naga Chaitanya was giving her a tour of his massive home. After a few hours, they left together in the same car.”

Samantha, on the other hand, had clearly stated having hard feelings for Chaitanya. The stunning actress had appeared in one of the episodes of Koffee With Karan 7 and when the host, Karan Johar asked whether the two of them have hard feelings for each other, the actress confirmed it. Talking about the same, she had said:
“There are hard feelings like if you put the both of us in a room you have to hide sharp objects. So as of now, yes. It's not an amicable situation right now. It might be in the future."
On the work front, Chaitanya was last seen in the film, Laal Singh Chadha!
