Navya Nanda's latest pictures spark speculations about the star kid, preparing for an alternative career choice.
Navya Nanda is one of the most popular star-kids in the block, who has captivated millions of hearts with her candid persona. Granddaughter of actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Navya has kept a safe distance from showbiz and has followed her passion to become an entrepreneur. Moreover, she recently garnered a lot of limelight for not just hosting two seasons of her creative podcast, What The Hell Navya, but has also been a face of leading brands.
On April 23, 2024, Navya Nanda took to her IG handle and dropped a bunch of pictures, that revealed the various activities she partook during her last week. The young lady, who is known for her enormous zeal and creativity, seemed to be engaged in quite a few new things in her life. While in one frame she could be seen candidly posing for a selfie after attending a party, another glimpse captured Navya trying her hands out in baking. Yet another snapshot featured her posing heartily, as she seemingly went out for a meal at a restaurant.

However, from among these, a special snapshot garnered much attention. Well, the particular picture in focus offered a closeup view of Navya Nanda’s study table, that featured a number of books neatly piled up. Interestingly, on reading the titles a bit more closely, these books were guidebooks for cracking the competitive examination, CAT, for pursuing an MBA degree. The glimpse surely made many curious about the star kid, speculating if she was keen on changing her career altogether.
Soon enough, a screengrab of Navya’s pile of books made its way to Reddit, and internet users started to express their reactions to the same. Well, while a strong segment of Redditors were astonished to discover that the young lady was preparing for an MBA entrance examination despite having a family business to cater to. On the other hand, some others poked fun at Navya’s decision and speculated that it was perhaps a gimmick.

Earlier, while speaking with CNBC TV 18, Navya Nanda opened about her striking decision to choose to pursue her family business and set up her own NGO, and not follow her maternal grandparents’ path and take up acting. Citing the reasons for the same, Navya revealed that she grew up within a business environment and that is what she inculcated all during her childhood. In her words:
“I actually have a great lineage from both sides and my father’s side has been in the business industry for four generations now, I am the fourth generation of the family. I’ve grown up in Delhi, I grew up around my father and my grandfather who are businessmen and industrialists. I think for me that’s what I saw more of growing up as a kid. I wasn’t around sets or films and glamour growing up. It was very much stock markets and my father coming back and talking to me about tractors, which is what we do. That for me is where the passion lies.”
