Shweta Bachchan shared a picture of her daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda as she posed at their home, in an all-pink outfit. Navya's mom looked highly mesmerised and her father, Nikhil Nanda was impressed!
Navya Naveli Nanda belongs to one of the most affluent families in the Bollywood industry. She is the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, niece of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter of Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Bachchan Nanda. Though this star kid had kept her life under the wraps, it was a few months back that she had made her IG handle public, and it is all about her love for her family.
Like every other mother-daughter duo, Navya Naveli Nanda and her mom, Shweta Bachchan Nanda admire each other immensely. To mark Mother’s Day 2021, Navya had shared two throwback pictures with her mommy. The first one was from her mamu, Abhishek Bachchan's wedding with Aishwarya Rai in 2007. Shweta and Navya had twinned in white saree with a golden border for the wedding. Atop the picture, Navya had written, "Maa – not a word, but a feeling." She had also shared another throwback picture, where Shweta held Navya in her arms, and she had added a smiling emoticon atop it.

A few hours back, Shweta Bachchan Nanda took to her IG handle to share a radiating picture of her daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda. In the picture, Navya can be seen sitting on a green couch, wearing an all-pink outfit and smiling. Shweta captioned the picture as “Jet setter Go getter Nothing better.” On the picture, Navya dropped a red heart emoticon and Shweta replied, “@navyananda your eloquence is mind shattering.” Navya's father, Nikhil Nanda, too was impressed and dropped two red heart emoticons in the comments section for his daughter.
A few days back, Shweta Bachchan Nanda had shared a childhood picture from her school days with her classmates and teachers and had asked everyone to spot her. She had written, "WHERE's WALDO? Class photo: Bombay Scottish School circa 1980's. (Hint- all the tall girls were made to sit on the floor)." Her daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda had immediately commented, "Hi twin". To which, Shweta had replied, "@navyananda Errr, we are not doing this today! Cool?"

In March 2021, on Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s 47th birthday, her daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda had posted a throwback family picture with her mom, her dad, Nikhil Nanda and her brother, Agastya Nanda. To wish her mom and dad on their birthdays, Navya had written "Happy birthday mom and dad. Nothing better than you." Navya had also shared a picture from her childhood, to wish her mom, Shweta on her birthday. For the unversed, Shweta celebrates her birthday on March 17, a day before her husband, Nikhil's birthday.
When Navya was interviewed by Vogue, on a social media post, she was quoted about the influence of ‘working women’ on her and growing up around such strong ladies in her family. On this, a netizen had commented, “What work does her mother do? LOL.” To which, Navya had replied, "@tarakaursingh2 She's an author, writer, designer, wife & mother" followed by a smiley face emoticon. Sharing a screenshot of the comment on her IG story, Navya had written, "Being a mother and a wife is a full-time job. Please don't discredit women who are homemakers. Their role is so crucial in the upbringing of a generation that will hopefully support their contribution instead of tearing it down."
