According to various media reports, Nayanthara is planning to step away from acting in films so that she can take care of her twins.
One of the leading actresses of Tollywood, Nayanthara is enjoying superstardom. She has done over 75 films in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages and is set to make her debut in Bollywood opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming film, Jawan. However, recent reports suggest that the actress is planning to quit acting.
According to a report by Filmbeat, Nayanthara is planning to step away from films to take care of her twins. The report also states that even though Nayanthara will step down from acting, she will continue to manage the affairs of the production house along with her husband, Vignesh Shivan. While there has been no official confirmation or refusal of the news as of yet, however, it has surely disappointed her massive fan base.

In October 2022, the actress welcomed twin boys via surrogacy. The couple named their twins Uyir and Ulagam. Fast forward to today, Nayanthara has proven her multi-tasking abilities and has been managing her career along with being a super mommy to her kids.
For the unversed, after seven years of togetherness, the couple, Nayanthara and Vignesh tied the knot on June 9, 2022, in a grand ceremony in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu. Their wedding ceremony was an absolutely star-studded affair and had Shah Rukh Khan as one of the eminent guests as well.

On her work front, Nayanthara is all set to grace the silver screen in the film, Jawaan which is all stated for a June 2023 release. The shooting of the film is going on in full swing these days, and Nayanthara will be seen in a completely different avatar in the film.
