The 26-year-old Javelin thrower set a series of records after winning the gold medal in the Men's Javelin Throw at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Unexpectedly, Neeraj Chopra surprised an entire nation when his Javelin fell on the staggering mark of 87.58 m, which resulted in India's first individual gold medal at the Olympics after Abhinav Bindra at Beijing Olympics 2008. It was India's first medal in Javelin throw as Neeraj became the first Asian athlete to win a gold medal in this particular sport. Talking about breakfast, Neeraj starts his day with three to four egg whites, two pieces of bread, fruits, and some bowls of dalia. Neeraj Chopra's workout routine: From Tabata workout to Swiss ball crunches and High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

Neeraj Chopra spends 7-8 hours on his fitness routine, which heavily relies on strength training and extensive work with medicine balls. Some of the notable exercises include cable pulls, side lifts with dumbbells, oblique crunches, Swiss ball crunches, and leg lifts, which ensure his arms, elbows, and legs are in optimal condition. For the uninitiated, Swiss ball crunches are performed with the help of a medicine ball and are one of the most important exercises in Neeraj's fitness routine as they help him strengthen his core, lower back, and hips.

Tabata workouts are performed mostly with your body weight, which improves cardio endurance and aerobic fitness. Another important part of Neeraj's workout routine is the High-intensity interval training (HIIT), which is performed for just 20 seconds but has a circuit of 10 different exercises. After each circuit, Neeraj takes a 10-15 seconds break and starts another circuit.
