Neetu Kapoor donned Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla's attire worth Rs. 25K for her son, Ranbir Kapoor's 'haldi' ceremony.
Neetu Kapoor is the happiest as her son, Ranbir Kapoor is soon going to get hitched to his ladylove, Alia Bhatt. Ever since Ranbir and Alia's wedding speculations were doing the rounds, Neetu has become pap's favourite. We have often seen her interacting with paps and ditching the question related to the much-hyped wedding.
On April 14, 2022, Ranbir and Alia's wedding festivities kickstarted. Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Alia's sister, Shaheen Bhatt and their mother, Soni Razdan were seen heading to Vaastu for the couple's haldi ceremony. Neetu looked happy while posing for the camera and stunned in yellow attire.

Upon doing some research, we got to know that Neetu Kapoor's attire was from Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla's Gulabo collection. The veteran actress' attire featured a barfi yellow kali kurta, which featured yoke with barfi motifs with gota embroidery. The kurta is priced at Rs. 14,950 on the official website.
She teamed the kurta with barfi ljar which had white and gold detailing and a yellow dupatta with barfi and gota border on the sides. The price of the ljar and dupatta is Rs. 5,950 and Rs. 6,950 respectively. Neetu's entire look for Ranbir-Alia's haldi was approximately Rs. 25K.
In a report by India Today, it was stated that Neetu Kapoor had got emotional at Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's mehendi ceremony and the reason cited was she missed her husband, late Rishi Kapoor's presence. A source present at Alia-Ranbir’s mehendi ceremony had revealed that Neetu Kapoor had got teary-eyed during the function as she had recollected the fond memories from her mehendi with Rishi Kapoor.

A report in ETimes had revealed that Ranbir and Alia will be getting married as per Punjabi rituals, and Ranbir's baraat will be taken to the ladkiwalas' place. A source close to the couple had revealed:
"As per the tradition, the Kapoor family members will take a baraat procession between the Krishna Raj Bungalow and Vastu House. The entire stretch of road between the two locations at Pali Hill has been beautifully decked up with lights hanging from the trees and it looks no less than a big festival in the evening. Moreover, the police have been deployed to block the stretch for about 15-20 minutes tomorrow to ensure the baraat goes smoothly."
