While Sonali Bendre shook us with her cancer news, Rishi Kapoor too announced that he will be going to the States for some medical treatment.
Neetu’s New Year 2019 post gave us all a hint that Rishi Kapoor is suffering from cancer. Her cryptic New Year’s post could be read as, “Happy 2019. No resolutions only wishes this year!!! Less pollution traffic!! Hope in future cancer is only a zodiac sign!!! No hatred less poverty loads of love togetherness happiness n most imp. Ever since the two have been in the US for Rishi’s treatment, Neetu has been quite active on social media. Neetu Kapoor lately took to her official Instagram handle and shared a lovely snap of Rishi Kapoor, who can be seen flaunting his new hairstyle. Sharing the below picture, Neetu wrote, “Kapoor Saab’s hair all buzzzzed!!! Josh is great!!! Love this look.” Here’s the picture:
A few days back, Neetu had shared a lovely snap with Rishi Kapoor, Rima Jain and Babita. She had captioned that post as, “One of the Quintet leaves!! Will miss you @rimosky will soon be on the same flight back.” On January 17, 2019, Neetu took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture with Rishi ji who can be seen fully engrossed in his phone. Rishi Kapoor’s brother Randhir Kapoor lately talked in length about his health and stated, “I don’t know much about it but this much I can tell you that [Rishi] is doing well, that’s all.” He further added, “Let people say whatever they want to. That he is doing is well is evident from the photo that I, too, have seen. He is having a good time with everyone and has stepped out to enjoy a good meal. He will soon be coming back to India. We are looking forward to that right now.”
Earlier, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Riddhima Kapoor had given an update about his health. She had stated, “He’s fine, nothing to worry about. I was never worried anyway. He’s just getting his routine tests done, as he said on Twitter, after so many years of wear and tear. Every couple has their own share of ups and downs, and Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh are no different. Once in a media interaction, Neetu was quoted as saying, “There always comes a phase in a couple's life when there would be friction, disagreements. Rishi and I also went through that stage. It was just one of those problems, which only the husband and wife would understand. Fortunately, we were able to sort out our differences.
