Famous television actress, Nilu Kohli's husband, Harminder Singh Kohli passed away when he was in the bathroom. The shocking tragedy has left the 'Choti Sarrdaarni' actress completely devastated.
The famous Indian actress, Nilu Kohli has worked both in the television industry and Bollywood. Over the years, she has been a part of many iconic daily soaps and has also proved the mettle of her acting chops through her roles in hit films. Some of Nilu Kohli’s famous performances were in films, Housefull 2, Hindi Medium, Patiala House and television shows like Sangam, Maddam Sir, Choti Sarrdaarni and Mere Angne Mein.
According to a report in the Navbharat Times, Nilu Kohli’s husband, Harminder Singh Kohli passed away on March 24, 2023, when he was in his bathroom. As per the family, he was absolutely healthy and wasn’t dealing with some life-threatening disease, which is why Harminder’s family is in immense pain after his sudden demise. The report further revealed that Harminder went to Gurudwara, and after coming from there, he went to his bathroom and fainted there. Luckily he forgot to lock the door, which was why when he didn’t return in time, his househelp, went to check and found him lying on the floor.

Nilu Kohli’s husband, Harminder Singh Kohli was taken immediately to the hospital after he was found lying in his bathroom, but it was way too late by then, as he was already dead. In a conversation with the Navbharat Times, Nilu Kohli’s close friend, Vandana opened up about the tragedy and how it happened. The woman revealed that Harminder had diabetes, but nothing was serious about it. Recalling the sudden demise of Harminder Singh, she added that he passed away around 1:30 pm.
When Vandana was asked about his last rites, she stated that the family is waiting for their son’s return, who is in Merchant Navy. As per her, Harminder Singh Kohli’s last rites will take place on March 26, 2023. It is indeed a heartbreaking time for Nilu Kohli and her kids, as no one suspected it was coming, but this is what life’s unpredictability is all about. For the unversed, Nilu Kohli and Harminder Singh Kohli are blessed with three kids, two daughters, Sahiba Kohli and Tripti Kohli and a son named Saheb Kohli.

In an interview with the ETimes, Nilu Kohli’s daughter talked about her father, Harminder Singh Kohli’s sudden demise. The doting daughter confirmed that her father wasn’t suffering from any health conditions and admitted that it was a sudden death. Opening up about her mother’s condition after such a massive tragedy, she stated that her mother is completely devastated at the moment. She also revealed that when her father was at home, her mother was out working on some project when it happened. The doting wife, Nilu Kohli, is yet to record a statement on her husband’s sudden demise.
