Business tycoon, Mukesh Ambani's wife, Nita Ambani is one of the directors of Reliance Industries and also a chairperson and founder of the Reliance Foundation, Dhirubhai Ambani International School. However, she is also loved for her dedication to her family and for valuing her roots. Not only her elders, but Nita also shares a warm bond with her younger ones, including her kids, Akash Ambani, his wife, Shloka Mehta, Anant Ambani, his would-be-wife, Radhika Merchant, Isha Ambani and her hubby, Anand Piramal.
For the unversed, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's son, Akash Ambani had tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart, Shloka Mehta on March 09, 2019, in a grand wedding. And the bari bahu of the Ambanis adores her saasu maa completely. Glimpses of the same are often found in their public appearances. A while back, we stumbled upon a few cutesy glimpses from Akash and Shloka's son, Prithvi Akash Ambani's first birthday, and it simply spoke volumes about the Amabis bond. Recently, we stumbled upon a video, wherein Nita Ambani was seen addressing a hall full of students at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School. During her speech, Nita was also seen adorably mentioning her son, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's relationship right from their school days. She also confirmed that the successful women entrepreneur has seen many such school romances in front of her, which have also turned into happy and successful marriages. Earlier, in an interview with Femina magazine, Nita Ambani had revealed her bahu, Shloka Mehta Ambani still calls the former aunty. During the conversation, she mentioned the reason behind the same is that her darling bahu was in the same kindergarten as her daughter, Isha Ambani. Further, talking about Shloka and Akash's love story, and when the doting saasu maa got to know about the same, Nita had said:
"Shloka still calls me Nita aunty because she has been one of Isha’s earliest friends since they went to the same kindergarten. I came to know about Akash and Shloka later on in school, but then they graduated and went their own ways. Shloka studied in Princeton and Akash was in Brown."

In the same interview, Nita mentioned that she thinks the childhood sweethearts, Akash and Shloka probably rekindled their love when the both of them returned to Mumbai. She also revealed how Akash proposed to her and had shared:
"Then, I believe, they rekindled things after they came back to Mumbai. As a mother who gives her children space to find their own life partners, I waited for Akash to announce it. He said, ‘I want to spend the rest of my time with Shloka,’ and they got engaged. After that Isha popped up along with Anand."
