Nita Ambani opened up about her youngest son, Anant Ambani's wedding and revealed her two important wishes for the grand celebration.
Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani are currently on cloud nine, as their youngest son, Anant Ambani is all set to get married. For the unversed, Anant will tie the knot with the love of his life, Radhika Merchant in July 2024. The couple will kickstart their new chapter with the fun-filled pre-wedding festivities on March 1, 2024. Ahead of the grand event, we got hold of a video of the groom's mother, Nita, talking about the grand wedding.
Nita Ambani is elated for her son, Anant Ambani's wedding with Radhika Merchant. Recently, she opened up about the same and revealed her two important wishes for her son's wedding. Talking about her love and passion for art and culture, Nita shared that she wanted to celebrate their roots and have a celebration in Jamnagar, where she started her career. She added:
"Throughout my life, I've been inspired by arts and culture. It has deeply moved me, and I'm very passionate about it. When it came to my youngest son, Anant's wedding with Radhika, I had two important wishes. First, I wanted to celebrate our roots. Jamnagar holds a special place in our hearts and has a profound significance. Gujarat is where I come from. It is where Mukesh and his father built the refinery, and I started my career by converting this arid and desert-like area into a lush green township and a vibrant community."

Nita Ambani further added that she wanted to pay tribute to the Indian artisans and their creativity by flaunting the art and culture at her son's wedding. Revealing that she wants to celebrate the heritage of India, the businesswoman paid her respect towards the Indian motherland and said:
"Second, I wanted the celebration to be a tribute to the arts and culture and a reflection of our heritage and tradition created by the hands and hard work of our talented creative minds. Sanskriti aur parampara ki neev hai bhartiya sabhyata aur is pracheen aur pavitra bharat bhoomi ko mai dil se naman karti hu."
A report by The Guardian stated that the entire celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding soiree will take place at the 3,000-acre garden at the Ambani's residence in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Meanwhile, another report by MensXp revealed that the Ambanis will spend a whopping amount of Rs. 1000 crore on Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding.

The preparation for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding festivities is going on in full swing. Ahead of the grand event, Asia's wealthiest family, the Ambanis have facilitated the construction of 14 new temples in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The new temples will be built in a sprawling temple complex and will feature architecture inspired by generations of artistic heritage. The temples will boast intricately carved pillars, sculptures of Gods and Goddesses, fresco-style paintings, and much more to showcase India's rich cultural and spiritual identity and the incredible skills of local artisans during the wedding festivities.
