Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot in the wedding of the century on July 12, 2024. The lavish affair, which started in March 2024, spanned months and included haldi, sangeet, graha shanti pooja , bridal shower, and two pre-wedding. ceremonies, among other extravagant rituals and festivities. Clearly, no expense was spared as the family tried to make the once-in-a-lifetime period as memorable as possible for Anant and Radhika. From a star-studded guestlist to a wedding menu featuring over 2,500 dishes, the celebrations also left fans mesmerized with their grandeur and pomp. Well, it seems the Ambani wedding is one that keeps giving, as social media personality, Orry shared a video filled with unseen clips from the couple's haldi ceremony.
Social media sensation, Orry took to his Instagram handle with a video filled with unseen glimpses of Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani's haldi ceremony, which was brimming with love and loads of fun. The video, shared on Instagram on December 16, 2024, shows friends and family members of the adorable couple enjoying the celebration to their fullest with yellow faces and big smiles.
The video opens with clips of family members and friends applying haldi to the to-be-wed couple, Anant and Radhika. A hilarious moment also showed Anant mischievously rubbing his hands with a lot of haldi and walking towards his doting mother, Neetu Ambani. She immediately caught on to Anant’s naughty intentions and tried to run away, but it turns out that she didn’t succeed as the very next clip shows Neetu laughing with her entire face smeared in haldi. She also held a towel and seemed to be wiping some of the excess haldi off.
Another funny moment was captured between Anant and his brother, Akash. The latter was seen emptying the entire tray of haldi on Anant, who retaliated by doing the same thing with another tray. Family members were also seen smearing Radhika all over with haldi as she laughed uncontrollably. Throughout the fun, a few cute glimpses of Radhika and Anant’s love for each other were also captured as the latter as they cosied up to each other during the ceremony.
The Ambani family wasn’t the only ones to have a blast at their haldi ceremony. Orry’s video shows their star-studded guestlist going wild with the haldi as well. Stars like Ananya Panday, Khushi Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Arjun Kapoor, and others were spotted smeared in haldi as flower petals were being showered on everyone.
Another moment showed Anant Ambani being doused with more haldi even though he was already yellow from head to toe! Many of the guests and Anant himself threw orange and pink flower petals everywhere. The video also featured Ranveer Singh and Hardik Pandya dancing their hearts out at Ambani’s haldi. Another moment showed Bollywood icon, Salman Khan applying haldi to Anant while others threw flower petals on the Sultan actor. Both Salman and Anant couldn’t control their laughter amid the fun-filled atmosphere.
