Bollywood's favourite BFF, Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry, is in the news again. But this time, it's not due to one of his red-carpet appearances or parties. In the 2024 US election, former President Donald Trump was the Republican nominee and defeated Democrat Kamala Harris by a slim margin. However, Donald Trump was again elected as president of the United States on November 6, 2024. Orry, though, had a different reaction.

In a recent Instagram post, Orry celebrated Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election and shared his experience as an overseas voter from India. This post, which is an interesting collection of pictures and screenshots, highlights Orry's dedication to the election and his enthusiasm for the outcome. He posted a series of pictures on his Instagram and captioned it as:

"We did it Donald we did it @realdonaldtrump #POTUS #MyPresident #MAGA #MakeAmericaSafeAgain #Trump2024. Proud to have exercised my right to vote in the exclusive 2024 presidential elections."

Someone wrote, "Ok, sorry, you won unfortunately lol but there's no need to offend Kamala!". Another user commented, "Naaaaah…. Orry, this ain’t a slay." His fans also started unfollowed him after the post. A netizen wrote, "This is so offensive ignorant and downright stupid, politics is not a joke." Someone also addressed him as 'deshdrohi.'

Last week, when Kamala Harris's campaign team shared a video of her wearing a rainbow flag jacket, Orry, also known as Orhan Awatramani, commented on the post.
