In a recent show, comedian-actor, Ali Gul Mallah mentioned his 'Ishq Murshid' co-star, Durefishan Saleem needs to lose weight by dieting. Soon, netizens started reacting to his statement.
Pakistani actress, Durefishan Saleem made her acting debut with a supporting role in the television series, Dil Ruba. Then, she was seen in another television series, Bhaaras for which she also received ARY People's Choice Awards. However, her acting prowess in Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi and Ishq Murshid, gained her immense stardom. Apart from her acting skills, her simplicity and stunning looks often capture the minds of her fans.
Now, in a recent show, Ali Gul Mallah was asked about one piece of advice that he would like to give to his Ishq Murshid's co-star, Durefishan Saleem. To this, the comedian-actor mentioned that the actress needs to lose weight by dieting. He said, "Durefishan apni ye sehat ko thora kum karey. Thora healthy hai, sehat banae, diet kare." However, when the host and his co-guest on the show added that Durefishan looks sweet, Ali Gul Mallah added:
"Baat sahi hai achchi lagti hai."

As soon as the video of Ali Gul Mallah's comment on Durefishan Saleem was shared by an Instagram page named Gallaxy Lollywood, netizens started reacting to his statement. While many social media users were angry about Ali Gul Mallah's comment on Durefishan as the latter is absolutely gorgeous, flaunting her own self, many also mentioned that no woman should be body shamed like this. However, a section of netizens also supported Ali Gul Mallah's statement.

Allegedly, following this, Durefishan Saleem too gave a sassy clapback to Ali Gul Mallah's weight loss remarks on her. She took to her IG handle and shared lovely photos of herself munching on a table full of delectables. She looked pretty, donning a green top paired with a white shirt. Moreover, she kept her look absolutely minimal and tied her hair in a ponytail. Sharing the photos, she penned:
"Sunday brunches with my girls where they show their photography skills and make me listen to songs that end up on my gram."

Coming to Durefishan Saleem's personal life, rumours are rife that she has been dating her Ishq Murshid co-star, Bilal Abbas Khan, for quite some time now. After their on-screen chemistry in the romantic drama captivated the hearts of the audience, people are eager about their reel-life chemistry. A few days ago, a Pakistani YouTuber, Maria Ali, revealed that Bilal Abbas and Durefishan have secretly tied the knot. The YouTuber said that the two arrived three hours late at the premiere of Ishq Murshid’s last episode and used to spend their free time with one another while they were filming their drama. In Maria Ali's words:
“Ishq Murshid sabne dekha, na sirf dekha par dono characters ko pasand kiya. Unke khufiya nikah ki khabrein abhi aa rahi hai aur jab tak koi baat na ho tab tak chingari jo nahi nikalti. Ye dono jo hai kaafi der se relationship mein hai aur ye sab khabre start huyi jab last episode ke premiere se aur sab dekhte hai ki Bilal aur Durefishan jo hai wo ek dusre ke haaton mein haath daal ke, baahon mein baahein daal ke aa rahe hai, teen ghante late aate hai.”
