A Pakistani bride made her Bollywood dream come true on the occasion of her marriage as she got 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayege' style shoot with her groom.
India and Pakistan are divided by borders, but they are united by fashion, music and Bollywood. After all, before 78 years of partition, we were all living together without any 'Line of Control'. While history cannot be rewritten, we often see the love between the two countries in the form of films and fashion. Over the past few years, Indian women have crazily followed Pakistan's drama. On the other hand, women across the border are madly in love with Bollywood films.
In fact, no Pakistani wedding can ever be complete without Bollywood songs. From Mehendi hai rachne wali to Delhi Wali girlfriend, a Pakistani wedding is filled with people dancing on the hit tracks. Not only this, some brides even fulfil their dream of Bollywood by incorporating the films' themes during their big day. We stumbled upon one such Pakistani bride, who re-created the famous superstar, Shah Rukh Khan's film on her wedding day.

Recently, we stumbled upon cute photographs from the Pakistani bride Eishi's wedding day. The snaps were shared by a Pakistani photographer, Arslan Arshad. In the photos, we can see the bride running for her groom, Fardeen, who was on a train. This shot was taken from the famous Shah Rukh Khan film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, directed by Aditya Chopra and featuring Kajol.
A still from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol-starrer, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayege!
For those who don't know, Bollywood's most romantic film is the classic Yash Raj film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayege, which was released in 1995. It is one of India's biggest blockbusters of all time. From its plot to the direction, everything was just on point, especially the main character of 'Raj' and 'Simran'. The train scene is the climax sequence, when Simran's father gives her permission to be with her love, Raj, and so she runs behind him, but he is already on a moving train to leave the city.
Talking about the bride's look, she wore a gorgeous white-hued lehenga with heavy can-can. She styled it with a sweetheart-neckline blouse with half-sleeves. It was her green dupatta with a Kiran border that added the needed amount of colour to her look.

The bride accessorised her look with a choker neckpiece, matching earrings and a huge maang teeka. She also wore a handful of bangles that made her look complete.
The bride's look was completed with glamorous party makeup, red lipstick and hair tied in a side braid and it was adorned with baby breath flowers. On the other hand, her groom looked handsome in a golden-toned sherwani, which he teamed with a matching green-hued doshala.
We are totally in love with the Pakistani bride's way of re-creating Bollywood's most favourite film, Dilwale Dulhaniya's iconic scene. What about you?
