In the latest interview, Paresh Rawal opened up about his upcoming film, 'Hera Pheri 3' and talked about nepotism in Bollywood as he compared Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt with his sons.

In his recent interview, Paresh Rawal talked about both the films and admitted that Welcome to the Jungle would be a 'jabardast' movie, while he's a bit conscious about the release of Hera Pheri 3. Sharing how producers and filmmakers need to take care of the audience's ever-changing tastes. Welcome to the Jungle will be released in December 2023, and Hera Pheri 3's shooting will commence in March-April 2024. He said:
"Welcome to the Jungle is being made with a massive (budget) and a big star-cast. I feel the movie will turn out to be jabardast (fantastic). Whereas when it comes to Hera Pheri, it is such a big brand so one has to be cautious. You can't take things for granted because we have to understand that however big a hit the film was, whatever its goodwill and fan following, times have changed now, people's taste has changed, their aspirations have changed. So keeping that in mind we'll start shooting for it in March- April 2024."
Further, in the same interview, Paresh Rawal also shared his views on the hot debate of nepotism in Bollywood. The veteran actor shared how the new crop of actors in the film industry are so hard working and titled the nepotism debate as 'bogus'. Paresh Rawal cited Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's examples and highlighted their acting prowess. The actor also added that he would've invested all his money in his sons, Aditya Rawal and Aniruddh Rawal if they were as talented as Ranbir or Alia. Paresh Rawal said:
"I think nepotism is bogus. Mera beta agar Ranbir Kapoor ya Alia Bhatt jitna talented hota toh main uspe mera sab paisa laga deta. Why should I not? It is not a wrong thing. If a doctor's child won't become a doctor, then what, a barber? People who made a noise with the nepotism debate ask them why they accept their father's inheritance so happily. Give it to your neighbour instead."

In the same interview, Paresh Rawal also lauded his sons, Aditya Rawal and Aniruddh Rawal, for creating their own names from scratch in the film industry. The actor stated that his sons had not used his name to enter Bollywood. However, the doting father also added that he is always there for his sons to guide them. But the veteran also ensures to let his sons create their own journey in the film industry without his reference. He said:
"My sons make their own choices, until they make mistakes they will not learn. Only if they come to me and ask for it, I'll advise him. If they don't ask me, I don't tell them anything. Let them find their own way. They are very hard working and very talented. They have not used my name to enter this world."
