Parineeti Chopra had shared a cryptic note after she missed Priyanka's 'bhai', Siddharth's pre-wedding functions.
The entire Chopra family is under one roof and is celebrating Siddharth Chopra's wedding. Priyanka is on cloud nine as her younger brother is marrying actress, Neelam Upadhyaya. Everyone's eyes are on the grand marriage that will take place in Mumbai. However, one person who is missing the celebration is Priyanka's cousin, Parineeti. Fans are curious to know if everything is well between Parineeti and Priyanka's family as the Ishqzaade actress shared a cryptic post amid Siddharth's pre-wedding functions.
Priyanka is in India with her daughter, Malti Marie and her in-laws for Sidharth's wedding. Reportedly, Parineeti is not able to attend her cousin Sidhharth's wedding functions as she is busy with a shoot. Fans are questioning her absence, and now a cryptic post shared by her added more fuel to the fire amid tensions in the Chopra household. The post shared by Parineeti on Instagram went viral. It read:
"We' re really on borrowed time. Choose people that choose you, and let everyone else be."
This post has left Parineeti's fans puzzled and they have been wondering if things are fine between the two famous cousins. Priyanka has been enjoying Siddharth and Neelam's pre-wedding functions with her mom, Madhu Chopra, and cousin sister, Manara Chopra. Parineeti, on the other hand, also posted BTS pictures from her set diaries on February 6, 2025, and it looks like she is busy with some ongoing projects.
On September 24, 2023, Parineeti married politician, Raghav Chadha. The wedding was a dreamy affair, but Priyanka was nowhere to be seen. The global diva was slammed for missing her cousin's big as she was spotted a week later in Mumbai at the MAMI Film Festival. Priyanka's mom, earlier in an interview with the Hindustan Times, shared how Parineeti and Raghav did not accept gifts in their wedding. She also justified Priyanka's absence from the wedding and said:
"Woh kam kar rahi hai."
During that time, fans of Priyanka also assumed that her work commitments kept her away from Parineeti's wedding. However, now Parineeti's absence from Siddharth and Neelam's wedding functions is adding to rumours that something is not well between Priyanka and Parineeti.
Priyanka is in Mumbai and is having a ball of a time as her younger brother, Siddharth is getting married to the love of his life, Neelam. The pre-wedding functions started on February 4, 2025, which marked the haldi ceremony function. It was followed by a mehendi function on February 6, 2025. There was also a Mata Ki Chowki ceremony at the Chopra household where Priyanka and Malti were seen twinning. Pee Cee had worn a sleeveless brown kurti with the same hued palazzo and twinned with her little daughter.
