However, none of them had denied or accepted the ongoing speculations about their forthcoming wedding. And now, we have got another update about the rumoured lovebirds, as amid rumours of her wedding with Raghav Chadha, Parineeti Chopra was seen sporting a silver band on her ring finger.
On April 17, 2023, Parineeti Chopra was spotted leaving celebrity manager, Poonam Damania’s office in her uber-cool look. Keeping it casual, the actress opted for a white crop top layered with an unbuttoned blue and white striped shirt and paired it with blue jeans. Parineeti sported minimal makeup and ditched jewellery while leaving her tresses open. The actress smiled at the cameras before she left the office. However, it was a simple silver band on her ring finger that caught our attention in no time.

In the video doing rounds on the internet, Parineeti Chopra was seen blushing and smiling continuously as the paps clicked her. The actress ignited her engagement reports with her dainty silver ring, leaving her massive fanbase super excited. However, she neither accepted nor denied the ongoing speculations about her engagement with AAP MP, Raghav Chadha.

However, as soon as Parineeti's video went viral, netizens were quick to react to the same. However, a section of society wasn't pleased with the actress' behaviour in front of the paps. Reacting to the video, they slammed Parineeti for sporting a fake smile. While one user penned, "Achanak itni chuimui? Hazam nahi ho raha", another one wrote, "Kya overacting hai... baap re baap."

As per the reports, Parineeti Chopra got engaged to Raghav Chadha on April 10, 2023, in London. However, earlier, a report in the Hindustan Times stated that Parineeti and Raghav's engagement would take place in Delhi in a low-key affair as the couple would like to keep their memorable moments away from the spotlight. Moreover, since Priyanka Chopra and her husband, Nick Jonas along with their baby girl, Malti were in India back then, the trio was also expected to attend the intimate ceremony. The source was quoted as saying:
“There will be only family members, and very close friends from their circuit. In fact, the moment to get engaged seemed perfect with Priyanka Chopra also coming to India with her husband Nick Jonas and Malti Marie. They also planned their India trip in a way that they can make it to the ceremony. In addition, her cousin sister Meera Kapoor has also reached Delhi for the ceremony. It is also because everyone has such a busy schedule, and Parineeti and Raghav are happy to take their relationship to the next level in the presence of their family.”
Meanwhile, Raghav Chadha was flooded with questions about his rumoured wedding with Parineeti Chopra, but he smartly dodged the enquiries. During his interaction with the press, while speaking with Aaj Tak, the politician was asked why there was a lot of discussion about him and Parineeti, which left Raghav blushing. However, he joked and said:
“Aaj jashn manaiye ki Aam Aadmi Party national party bani hai. Aur kai saare jashn manane ka mauka ayega."
